Anyone tried to use Logitech Driving Force Pro on the Xbox? specifically with Forza?

Is it even possible...

Its annoying to have to have a seperate wheel for both systems, and obviously the Logitech is the best wheel available between both systems.

I know the FFB wont be supported but if the wheel works quite well that would be enough.

Thanks

Yes it does. The connector on the Xbox is a modified version of USB. That wouldnt matter anyway. If there is a connector/adapter that allows you to plug a USB device into the Xbox, then it just might work.

Well that wasnt very hard to find. Someone must have tried it! Im gonna get the DFP at some point soon so Ill give it a go myself if I can't find an aswer elsewhere!

Im getting more used to my crappy Xbox wheel though.

If anyone ends up trying this, let us know if it works. I'd really like to buy Forza to play on X-Box live, but I'm not going to waste the money if I can't use my DFP.:indiff:

From other forums, it doesnt work :guilty: . Shouldnt let that put you Forza though, its a great game. Ive playing sims on the PC for years with FFB and it doesnt make Forza any less enjoyable.

I've tried it on the xbox, and it doesn't recognise the wheel.
It works on the PC though (with the relevant driver loaded)

I too tried it awhile back but it doesn't work. When you start up the xbox the whell begin to turn but then will stop half way. ANd thats it.
