The PP score is determined by simulation, you can't reverse engineer it.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I was thinking everything should be under some kind of calculation, so if they use real physics etc for grip, acc, downforce you should be able to recreate a consistent PP generator.

If there’s numbers involved there should be math. Looks like i’ll be doing it the hard way 😔

There are numbers alright, but you're looking at multi-variable non-linear 4D analysis (time and space) :)

At the minimum you'd have to consider these variables:
  • Wheelbase
  • Track
  • Suspension
  • Mass
  • Center of mass
  • Body rigidity
  • Aerodynamic drag
  • Front downforce
  • Rear downforce
  • Front tyres
  • Rear tyres
  • Power curve
  • Turbo lag
  • Drivetrain layout
  • Gearbox
  • Clutch and flywheel
  • Differential
  • Brakes
  • Any hidden variables
  • Model year? May be relevant...
A lot of that data is hidden from the player, which makes an already impossible task even harder.
Your best chance is to create a neural network and train it to predict a PP score based on the data you have access to. But even then a realistic goal would be to minimize the errors - you're never going to be able to reproduce the exact PP score.
