When I'm looking for AI line up, I reload until I get two Skylines in the 1/2 position. I can get past all the cars heading into the first tunnel with this grid match-up most of the time...
I'm going to run this a few more times in the morning.
 
Damn you guys, I never bothered with line up order... just ran it straight up.

I guess I shoulda thought of that before giving up a final time... something tells me Im gonna regret it too. (1.25.0 first lap anyone? :D )
 
I had a 1:26.4 opening lap so far. Lap 2 is 1:18.1xx:trouble:
 
Heh, my first laps were all in the 1':28" range... my hot lap barely clawing its way into the 1':19.high" range. I gave away too many free pushes.
 
Well, I did slightly better than Duke, but was really oping to get another 5 seconds out of this race. Ran out of time to get there.

But it looks like Bob's got a good one in the cooker, and the final one's a doozy. Which I'll have plenty of time to beat myself up over. ;)

I even heard rumor that Bob is in the schematic stages of a follow-up run on this series. :D

BTW: With an APOLOGY to Der Alta the "Originally Scheduled Race #4" will be revealed later tonite!!! (The one indicated by "DA" to be in store for December 10th-17th. I anticipated much more trouble than I actually encountered while rechecking it for "Competitiveness" today. Since it got by far the most thorough "pre-testing" it needed only minor "Tweaking" to ( I HOPE!) yield good racing.

Will post it early if I get more than 1/2 the Race #3 times turned in 👍...UB57:D
