the car just sucks..I didn't like it in either games....not even for what its made for...Rally

Yup totaly sucks ass now before you could powerslide it through corners now it's just a brick on wheels :D

cheating i here that 50 times a day on this board its not cheating if you use the escudo its just another car in the game just like the f1's that alot of people use

I don't have GT2 but i did tune my Escudo to the MAX :D it has around the 1800 HP( not Game Shark or cheating) and goes 445 KM/H

The Escudo is a sweet looking and a very powerfull car with lots of potential. Think of the Speed 12. That car has so much power and speed, yet it is also hard to control. But, if you learn how to handle the Speed 12, it is better than all other racecars (at least in my hands :p ).

Same thing with The Escudo, if you learn how to tame it supped up fully to the max (1888 bhp) it is quite a car. I beat quite a few races with it, and not by grinding the walls. I even managed to beat cars like the Toyota GT1 racecar, R390 racecar.... all at Laguna Seca.

I did some hybriding on these cars before, but I ended up reloading my original save with the SharkPort2. Too much power isn't that cool, so I stick to what GT3 can dish out.

Say what you must, but the truth is sometimes hard to accept. Grinding walls is much easier with the escudo, than just trying to do the corners.

I played this game for days, nights, weeks, months... and I got pretty darn good at it.

Controling the Escudo on tracks like Laguna Seca isn't that hard. Remember S-license test #8? It seems almost impossible to control the Toyota GT1, but with the right throtle control, it isn't all that complicated.

Same thing is with the Escudo. You got to feel the car... feel the throtle response of the engine. I didn't learn how to control it in a few days. It took weeks, but when you get it, you simply can't let go of the car.

The Escudo does turn. Have you ever tried releasing the throtle on every turn? :thatsodd:

Obviously it turns a lot worse than other cars, thus being slower on a turn. But the 1888 bhp kick in when you peel out from the turn, not during the turn. I set the Variable Center Differential to 50-50. Put on some hard tires, and that baby is unstopable.

Such car is still hard to control by those who lack skill ! :D
