Nope , iRacing or rFactor has nothing to do with the FIA or rbr simulator.
Nope , Ferrari doesn't give any data to the games they produce.
Lap times yes , physics 0.
Yeah I got the same lap times as a world champion would have with physics just like f1 2010.
pre calculated for a realistic time , 0 physics. Obviously.
did you became a better driver brcause of GT5? Based on my experience the answer is a big "YES" im now way much more comfortable with rear drive cars. I drove an m3 e46 on the track and I think in GT the handling is way too neutral. the car isn't that perfect but it still handles like a nimble fly... in real life there's much more under-steer and less tail snap or whatever you call it in my own opinion. I back in the day I wrecked a friends GT3 no joke, because of an aggressive right foot upon the exit. This could have been prevented if I was playing GT5 before that event.![]()
I drive an Evo X now and though its way easier to drive on track than a Porsche. I thought I became good at it this driving thingMY Evo I drive it now a bit more on the limit now. I dont do much track days I only had 4 track days in my life but my last one after playing GT5 for 3 months Im quite surprised of my self
both on RWD and AWD. :
the yaw control feels close in real life too, i presume.
So you guys have the same experieces too or something? 👍
667My driver's licence won't even let me drive a manual car.
Man card revoked!
withamI see you didn't become a better speller beacuse of GT5
Enzo, last time you started spurted nonsense you were moaning about the Enzo not being fast enough in GT5, despite many people posting laptimes faster than the real car on a variety of different tracks, despite many people showing you concrete proof.
I just linked you the website of Rfactor Pro, where all you had to do was click it and read the front page to know that I am correct.
F1 2010 is a game, and if you cannot understand this then I am to assume you are a child, who knows no better.
my reflexes are definitely sharper, i can anticipate and avoid idiot drivers much quicker than i used to be able to, and im always looking for the fastest line thru a corner, and also i can pick out minute handling differences in various cars that i drive that my dad doesnt even notice. and my coup de grace? i can kick out my cars tail in the snow when i please and maintain the perfect drift with minimal effort (
Gran Turismo has saved my life on at least 3 seperate occasions.
look at your profile picture thats so overwhelming man , american fail is fail.
rFactor?? 2010? both are piece of crap with grid physics
the link of crap you gave me is 0.
One thing GT5 is WAY off on is driving a FF car hard. FF is just too easy to control in GT5.
Where is the bit where your back end comes around under heavy breaking mid-corner when you've totally screwed up? Being young and stupid once I've spun a number of FF cars, once to destruction through a fence into a field. All the FF cars in GT5 do is predictable understeer, lift off, not understeering at all, give it more juice. They are too hard to unsettle.
Drive a FF like you do in GT5 and prepare for hospital.

Two of my cars are front wheel drive and theyre both very predictable with understeer and braking..
I autocross a FF car, and while it's predicable, I can make it do things around the cones that I can't make the virtual version do in GT (short of pulling the handbrake).
As for the question I'd have to say: Eh.. not really. Most of my skill increase has been from autox, either driving or riding along with more experienced drivers.
