Long post ahead!

Ignore the asterisks, I don't know why they're there.

This weekend was pretty decent for spotting. These spots range from Indiana to Illinois to Missouri.

The blue Corvette is a ZR1.

I don't know why this picture is so dark, but I think it's an Impala? I might be wrong, though.

I thought ZR1 at first, but after looking at it again, I think it's a Z06. (also, just noticed a Charger SRT8)

I know this is taking the "crappy pics are ok" thing a bit far, but on the other side of that fence you can make out a '69 Lincoln Continental Mark III. It was all rusty and I wanted to save it so badly. :( but

Just noticed that the end of my post is screwed up. I'll fix that, and sorry for any confusion!

Edit: Post has been fixed, I think.

Here's a few more I decided not to include because the post was already so big.

I don't know if anyone would consider this "good", but it stuck out like a sore thumb.

Anyone know what these are? They remind me of those plastic rental things you get in touristy areas, but they were an odd sight there.

Also, thanks for the identification help!

Not sure if spectator cars count. But I saw this Alfa Romeo GTV show up to a local autocross event. Talked with the owner and he said that he just came from an Alfa meet in Mass. The thing was also set up for the track too, but never participated. First time I've ever seen one in person too!

Nice pics Rage Racer. 👍 Never knew GM sold the solsitce is Russia. Also, I think your Continental GT might be a Supersports.

A few from the past couple days

Identifications appreciated today...

Chevy? 55ish?

Challenger?

What's the red car up front? Funny to see a couple of oldies on a semi like this with newer cars.

unsure, I think it had a guy with a bow and arrow as a hood ornament...

grrrrr

1968? Shelby GT350 !!

Chevelle, year?

SS Camaro, year?

NSX!

Not a bad couple days! Also saw the yellow Lambo from last month again tonight, had a good look, 560-4, not SL, still awesome to spot, and great sound!

Thanks :)
Solstices were never officially sold in Russia. This one is "gray"-impoted. (You can see the plate holder on its back - it is "narrow", designed for American format plates, not wide-format European plates. This rear plate was placed using a special wide holder attached to the original one.)
That's why American sportcars are rare there. The only exclusion is the latest generation Camaro. They are imported to RF officially since 2012, so there's now more and more of them. Yesterday, I even saw one going near my house (but wasn't able to take a photo - the one below wasn't that).
6Ie4Twr6ZZM.jpg

(The building on the background is Moscow State University. Also, note the streched Hummer and the Supra).

That Bentley... Yeah, I thought it's not a usual Continental GT, too, but I didn't remember the specific name... Yes, I guess it'a a Supersports, thanks for the tip :)

:@: jeffgoddin
The red car up front of the packer seems to be '67 Plymouth Belvedere GTX.

Been awhile since I've posted anything. This was posting outside of my house though. An only Skyline GT. It's in fantastic shape as well.

Sweet Skyline! Please don't stop posting quirky stuff from Japan. The more Kei Cars the better!

If I could see the front of the pick up I could tello you what it is. The little hot rod is a t-bucket, most probably a kit, and very cute. The "55-ish" Chevy is a 56, the "Challenger" is a 69 Charger, the red car up there is, I think, a 1967 or 1968 Dart, the Olds is like a 66, the Chevelle is a 1969.

However. the real treasure of that post, and here I'm gonna go saying that it is one of the finest spots EVER in this thread, is the Pierce Arrow roadster, maybe around 1930. What a rare, cool car. Dude I can't believe you saw a Pierce Arrow on the street, I would have crashed. If you ever saw one car that was worth turning around and going to check it out and practically photoshooting it right there for all of us to see, it was that car. Amazing.

Been awhile since I've posted anything. This was posting outside of my house though. An only Skyline GT. It's in fantastic shape as well.

And a 4 door, extra rare. Awesome spot too.

EDIT: Paul, that Supra  I can't believe you spotted it in the street. Ask Rue why.
