I'm pretty sure the year of that SS is 1967. Could be wrong though.

It's a 1968. A 1967 has vent wing side windows, or "wind wings" as they're sometimes called. Also a 1968 has side marker lights, whereas 1967 does not.

There's other differences but those are the easy giveaways.

This was just my luck - two RS4s on one photo, and one of them passing by!
The blue one slowed down soon after I took this picture, and I could clearly see the "RS4" badge on it.

It seems to be Lada 2105 VFTS - a rally car produced by VFTS - a Lithuanian factory. At least the bodykit looks like VFTS's.

More like it was only sold as a Dodge/Plymouth in the US and Canada, and Chrysler everywhere else.

I think it looks better with a Dodge front grill too, but only just.

👍 and the rear lights too. The Chrysler rear lights remind me too much of the horrid Chrysler Sebring.
