Second time I've seen a Brera. First time I've seen it as a petrol head, and I love it. It's on my street so I walk by it everyday.
This is a new edition to my street. LEGEND! Although don't know why the owner flipped the badge upside down.
Beirut is classic GDM and JDM heaven. Haven't taken enough pics as I just wanted to enjoy it for myself.
On the way to a cave today, I saw so many car meets... all in their own groups on different parts of town. There were Impreza meet ups, Evo meet ups, M3 and E and C class AMG meet ups, and many many more. I love this city.
It's like Europe in so many ways. The immense car culture reminds me of Athens. Tuners EVERYWHERE.
Wow, Greg, wow!! That's what I call quality over quantity! Westfield, never seen one, love it. MGA, love it, my favorite MG. Capcino (GT2 anybody?) love it. DHC, have yet to spot one in the wild. STi Forester, think maybe I've seen one crossing the Golden Gate Bridge... subaru forester tuned or sti maybe by Jeff Goddin, on Flickr
so I'd turned onto this back road when I saw the Alpine up ahead take it, following him trying to get a decent shot in the dim lighting and bumpy road, when what do I see approaching? our local 300sl. would have been cool, but became epic in the the way they greeted each other, everybody with arms up and out of the car shouting their joy to each other! two classic roadsters, country road, what's not to love? well, besides the blurriness... crummy shot epic moment by Jeff Goddin, on Flickr
and, the most expensive car I've ever seen, at $2.7M... thought maybe Packard at first until my Flickr followers chimed in. A known car, in Bob Estes's collection for many years and shown at Pebble Beach, lots of other photos of it already on the internet, but this is my photo. At a gas station as I'm powering down country roads Sunday afternoon out to meet my family for dinner. Saw the old headlights and hit the brakes hard, just as he was pulling away from the pumps, barely got this shot before he got on the road, and to my surprise, nailed it and actually got moving pretty quick! My first Duesenberg! 1933 Duesenberg Model J Disappearing-Top Convertible Coupe J-429 by Jeff Goddin, on Flickr
So yeah, this is basically one of those Hotwheels Edition Chevrolet Camaros. I think the last time I saw one of these was at some car show a couple years back.
My first wild spot of an e60 BMW M5. I saw about 6 ///M BMWs out and about today, but this was the only one I got a picture of.
I saw this same Maserati Gran Turismo 3 times today. I first saw it around town, then driving through a shopping center in Destin, and it passed through the bank where I saw the Nismo Juke from the above picture. I finally noticed it parked when passing by a store and decided to stop in the parking lot to get a close picture of it.
@jeffgoddin if I saw a Duesenberg like that I'd just spill. Incredible spot, holy hell. One of the best in the history of this thread, easy. Right there with the Avions Voisin someone spotted years ago.
Also that Judge. Dayum, that Judge. Cool pic of the 300SL. And your "1961 Chevelle" is a '63 Nova, the Chevelle came along in 1964.
@playnthru Do you have an idea of how excruciatingly rare SS100s are? That's an incredible spot right there. Amazing find 👍
Aaaaaand your 32 Ford is a roadster. Cabriolets have fixed windshield posts (and roll-up windows), Roadsters just have moveable chromed posts. Also, it's awesome.
