599!

Good spot. Only 555 made. Same Alpina put on one of their more absurd rims. The extra spoke on top of the 3 for each section is a bit much.

I just saw a black GTR while going down to downtown Miami. Couldn't get a shot becasue he had no sunpass. So he was stuck at a toll. :(

Why does this one keep getting posted? (Or why are there so many light blue Mercies with matching wheels?)

Why not??? I never post it alone so it's not like it's wasting space.

Today:

LP640 + Bentley

I recognized the LP640's plate # from a Gallardo I had seen a while back. Next to the owner at the light I told him I liked this one better than his black one. He was stunned. Then he said... "You're the one who takes the pictures!!!" Told me to follow him to the car wash; I did so and he told me his wife had printed several of my photos and they hang framed in his office. We ended up talking cars for 20 minutes - a total class act & the way an exotic car owner should be!

I know it's not wasting space, it's just if you've seen it once...you don't really need to see it again. Then again I could say that about 75% of the cars posted here, so I guess it's not too big of a deal. The blue Murcie just happens to stick out like a sore thumb. :p

Now that is a proper combination when blacking out the rear grill. 👍

👍

Did he get the pictures from GTP? Or are you being a slut and posting them elsewhere? (Aside from FB, of course.)

hahaahahaha oh man this rules. +1 on Sage's question, did they get them from GTP?

Cooooool photos from all as usual. I do like the Murcie's blacked out rear. Looks like it's wearing a pair of wraparound shades. I think I've just had a sign to buy a new camera. Just passed a flat-bed with an unregistered silver McMerc SLR on the back! I know most of you have seen them, but it's the first I have ever seen other than in a magazine or a computer screen. Wow, that thing has such presence! Kicking myself on the camera thing right now.

I no longer post the pictures on Facebook; I think he got them from FerrariChat, the only other place I post.

Today I saw a Pontiac G8 right outside my house, Porsche 911 Turbo and Maser Quattraporte.

And a Ferrari F512M....in RHD. Only 75 ever made out of a total of 501 according to wikipedia. Probably will be my best spot for a long time.

No point uploading pics of the others.

If anyone remembers this from a long time ago, I found another photo of it another person on a forum has taken.

Very rare car but just looks so out of proportion. Feels like the headlights have just been stuck on with a pritt stick at the last minute.

Firstly Happy Birthday Rupert!
I'm sorry to hear about the lack of luck you've had with your camera, but it's comforting to know you have given it a bit of thought to continue your shootings. I need your photos to remind me of home!

And this White Black looks so good... love your photos exigeracer as usual, I'd love to just go to those place you've taken photos with my camera for a day. The environment is so photogenic.

Anyway, here's my little contribution today, well, actually they are from my trusted source (friend). You might say one of them is a showroom photo, but hey, if you've seen that one on the street, don't hold back. That said, I'm not expecting any comments on it this time, so take it easy and just enjoy this spot.

There are about 3 ferrari 360's going around in my area, by that i mean within about a 20 mile radius.
Yesterday i found out who now owns one of them.
Remember that guy ages back who took me for a short burst in his E46 M3 after i started photographing it?
He sold that and got a Noble M12 GTO (unfortunately i learnt only too late to get pics :( )
Recently he sold his M12 GTO and bought a Rosso corsa Ferrari 360 for £50,000!
He said he's always wanted a ferrari so he's really happy now to have one!

I asked 'whats next?' to which he replied
"i'll probably get a 430 after im bored with the 360"

By the end of the year, or about new year time he said he'd come by so i could take some photos of it, his mum lives around the corner from me... :D

It looks like there is some prototype car or something running around Holland here, or there was. I saw it last night, but wasn't able to give it a good look because it was dark and it was going the other way and I was concentrating on something else.

Anyway, it had kind of a cow-pattern paint job, which looked like it was stickered on because I could see through the parts that were covering the lights. I tried to think of what it looked like in the short time I saw it but all I could come up with is the current new Honda Accord.

Anybody know anything about something like this? Or could it just be somebody who decided their car looked better like a cow?

There was a really nice F40 outside College today, I can post pics if anyone wants but they are not great.

Also, my cousin's husband now has a DBS, and F50  he's thinking about putting a scuderia engine in a 612

Yesterday saw a Gallardo Spyder, and in a Mitsubishi dealer, a Lancer Sportback or whatever. They looked alrite, but I didn't know they were already in Au.

I've seen a small group of them running around my area... definitely look like a prototype something. I'm saying next-gen BMW 3 Series, but I might be wayyyy off on that.
