I only saw it thanks to his tip!
Hahaha I can see that
Dude, theres a GT2 in the bling shop Holly #$&&%!! *drops what hes doing and grabs the camera*
Yeah, I would have probably done so.
Post from me, maybe the last in a while as a string of no-mercy work comes for me.
Recent find on a 1941 (I think) GMC 3-ton truck, in surprisingly good shape for being a work truck because this is still in the daily commute for a construction company. Way to live.
From across the street of the truck, this Mexico-only 1980 Super Bee with a 150 hp (-_-) 360 ci engine, think US Road Runner with Super Bee livery; its in fantastic shape, in fact I knew this car a while back, the owner is a nice guy, Id so love to grab it and leave it as is on the outside with the stock trim and American S200s but churn up the drivetrain, you know, 400 hp, 5 speed, the bits.
Wow, rare car. A 1947 Chevrolet Fleetline, check out that roof line, so sleeeeeek!!!
This car was deemed as the poor mans coachworked or streamlined car, and for good reason, the profile is astonishingly swoopy for a cheap 47 car.. This one seemes to be a stalled work in progress, check out the newspapers on the windows
shame, Id so drive that daily.
More Mexico Super Bees, this one is a 1972 in pretty original shape, thats the original paint
a little tattered but come on, 1972!! Note the hood tach and strobe stripes on the top; 318ci/4-speed car. Id drive it sooooooooooo
Renault 4 CargoVan, the best one Ive found (the others are piles of rust) and even so, look at it, its abandoned!! Cool little boxes on wheels, these.
Common as hell 1968 Mustang Coupé thats been sitting there for as long as I an remember
hell, been six years since I first saw it and it had been there long before that, sad, although coupe and maybe six cylinder, they are still nice project cars.
1959 Ford Ranchero!!!!! What the heck is this doing here? They were not sold here, but it was a oh so welcome sight, these things are cool, they have the most Buck Rodgers-esque rear lamp design ever. Bad shape, but restorable.
Karmann Ghia!!! With Empi Spiders (knockoffs) no less, the screaming yellow colour suits the mild-custom car well, it just needs a severe drop.
But wait, theres more, I presume these were form the same owner because they were like 5 meters apart, ANOTHER Karmann Ghia
who is this guy anyway? This one a stocker in much elegant black or dark green; yeah, in the BG you can see a VW Thing that was as good as this Karmann, to this day I still dont know why I did not take its picture.
And wait, there is MORE! I also presume this 1951 Mercury more-door was also the same owners. It was parked in front of the Karmanns and Thing, and was in pretty damn good shape. Like I said, who is this guy? It needs a chopped top.
Very nearby, this race-car-looking Renault 8
it was cool but tattered, but hey, whats wrong with that? Coilovers, a 2-litre with Webers, a cage and a big spanking number on the door and hood
yeah, so easy -_-
1951 Pontiac two-door, very rare car but Id say almost unsaveable. This car is the one that has the famous round taillights that are so used on hot rods.
I dont know what the hell with Ford Kas over here
take a look and tell me whats wrong with this one.
1947 Plymouth 2-door coupe I had posted earlier, these are more recent pictures of the same car in the same place, only in worse shape. Its a good looking car, so its even more sad.
Way old shots of a gigantic, BIIIG Pontiac Bonneville I found about 5 years ago
the car is still in the same place but its way tattered now, I cant seem to understand why people have a car they wont fix because there are no parts for it, as this one never sold officially in Mexico.
Also very very old shots, about 5 years ago, but it was cool
a 1965 Mustang fastback!!!! One of the rarest pieces Ive found because, as Ive said before, no fastback ponies were sold in Mexico and they are extremely sought after; check out how good, how absolutely perfect this one was!! When I showed it in the website, tons and tons of mails came asking where it was but when I got there again, it was gone; I later found out the owner was a Mustang nut who already had a 66 Hardtop, and that he was restoring the car; after five years Id assume its finished, but I havent had any news about it ever since.
Welcome the rice back, and again, WTF with Ford Kas? Check out the skulls!!!!!!
more later, WAY later ):
