I love how both of these exotics have been "college parked" (not really in a spot, maybe across two or three..or four...or five spots. You know, parked as if a college kid parked it.) As if to say "Hey man, we've got so much money, we can park however we want, and if you don't like it...here's some money."

Nice cars, though.

EDIT: I shall post some of my own sitings soon. Probably in a day or so as I'll be out and about the next couple days.

Hi !
I saw these four at a meeting in France but I can't figure out what they are...

Whoooow this took time, but accidentally stumbled on this one:

Renault Scora Group B rally car, makes sense where it was spotted.

The next person calls it a jidé

Some more info

UltimateCarpage.com The JIDE was designed by Jacques Durand (hence the name after the initials) and was basically a similar car to the Alpine A110, using a 1300 (later 1600) cc Renault Gordini engine.

Oh yes, this thread is to post, this Lunch:

You again! Getting in my territory! Just Joshing ya!:P

Thanks for the remark!

Surprisingly, I don't recall seeing that R8 before that day. But I'm sure I'll see it again.

Haha darn you, looks like I need to get my Nikon out and head over to the Galleria area to compete against you :P

Nah but, have you by any chance seen the Reventons which are supposedly here?? :scared::scared:

Reventon? The only Reventon I know that was in Houston was the one that was on sale at Lambo of Houston last year. But that one was sold. I haven't heard of any currently here, unless the one from the dealer was sold to a local. But it would be fantastic to spot one! I'll be on the look out for anything, as always.

Give me some competition. It gets lonely being the only spotter in the Houston metropolitian area.

Yeah! The Lambo of Houston had 2 on sale (facts correct?) and I think one was sold to an owned in Missouri, while the other was sold to someone here! I'll double check on that and get back to you, and yeah i'll try to get out this weekend :P

Correction ;),it's a'72 Chevelle SS. Possibly could have been a Z-15 optioned 454 rated @ 270hp.But more commonly produced were the small block 350's rated at 175hp (emmisions muscle,),but still not a bad car.Take it home,do some tweaking, and your back up in the big hp range. Keep in mind, there are also a lot of clones out there,it may not even be a real SS.This could have been a basic Malibu with a 307 ci, and cloned up to resemble an SS.

I'd bet on it being a real Chevelle SS. The neighborhood is quite well off, and this being a '72 it isn't all that valuable. Thanks for the correction, though.

One Lunch this Audt TT ABT Red Bull cought my eye:

Possible a lot of this ABT description in it:

TT / TT-Roadster (8J)
Simply a fun car.

In the year 2002 at the latest ABT had developed a very special connection with the sports coupé made in Ingolstadt. That was the year in which Laurent Aiello won the DTM-title

in the famous yellow ABT TT-R for ABT Sportsline. Right from the start the tuners from Kempten, in the south of Germany, also gave an enthusiastic reception to the follow-up to

this successful model – and, with the new ABT TT-R, have yet again forged a real star: 360 hp (272 kW), from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds. Racing sensation straight from the

track to the road. But the ABT tuners also give the series production models a helping hand from both the technical and optical points of view. With clever engine management and

dynamic design. For an incomparably fast start, unforgettable performance and above all else for unparalleled driving pleasure.

@ SuperShouden: Audi TT RS is Top Rear material:

2.5 litre inline five-cylinder Turbocharged Fuel Stratified Injection (TFSI) petrol engine.
output of 250 kilowatts (340 PS; 335 bhp) from 5,400 to 6,700 rpm, and torque of 450 newton metres (332 ft·lbf) at 1,600-5,300 rpm
Official performance figures indicate the TT RS Coupé will accelerate from standstill to 100 kilometres per hour (62.1 mph) in 4.6 seconds (4.7 seconds for the Roadster), with

an electronically limited top speed of 250 kilometres per hour (155.3 mph)

A lot faster then anything I did ever own.

Top gear loves it: http://www.topgear.com/uk/audi/tt-coupe/road-test/rs
Even Jeremy Clarkson does: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/dr...rticle6858693.ece?token=null&offset=12&page=2

Kept seeing these Mercedes Benz SLKs, not marked but exhaust and rims point to 55 AMG.

I just spotted my first Bugatti Veyron about 20 minutes ago, as I was walking up University Avenue in Glasgow... Ironically, I spotted it in almost the exact same spot as I once saw an old Honda that some chav had painted to mimic the Veyron's distinctive dual-tone bonnet (which looked utterly ridiculous). This, however, was most definitely the real McCoy - gorgeous... the Sun even came out as a mark of respect!

Vince, usually a debadged Merc or Bimmer means one thing; dressed up base model. Good to hear you spotted a Veyron in bonnie Scotland TM. Stationary or driving?

Aaaaaaaaaargh so apparently my licensing expired for my Adobe Design Premium CS3, so I could only do simple slider editing and no Photoshop. It was only for a couple cars, but here are the shots nonetheless:

A pack of camo'd Mercedes rolled through my town yesterday. Doing testing of some sort it seemed. There was a small two door, possibly a new SLK? And two or three big Sedans. (S-class?) Seemed a bit in a hurry to get where they were going.

Went spotting yesterday evening. This is what I brought back:

A new SLS. We had a tough time catching up to this one, but we did when it pulled into a shopping strip. That's the owner in the white shirt:

That SLS :embarrassed:.... saw a pair of 360 Spyders today... got a video of one taking off, but crappy phone quality so we'll see if I upload em ;)

In the gold Maserati picture... my eyes were drawn more to the V6 "stang than that ugly Maserati. But that SLS.... OHHHHHHHHHH DAMN! How was it?

Drove down to Southampton yesterday to pick up some bits for the car and saw two amazing cars, first was a purple SLS in Milton Keynes, the second was REALLY special, thought I could see a Ferrari 308/328 GTB coming the opposite way down the A34. As the Ferrari came past on the opposite carriageway I noticed it had a ducktail rear spoiler... It was a 288 GTO. Finally got to see my favourite car of all time if only for a few seconds. Made my day! :) 👍 If only I could take photos while driving. :grumpy:

But that SLS.... OHHHHHHHHHH DAMN! How was it?

It was cool. My friend and I were taking pictures of the car, and the owner says "Why don't you open it up and get inside. Get yourself a new Facebook picture!" It was a cool experience.

And here is the video of the Carrera GT from Friday. It was very loud!

And here are my spots from yesterday:

We checked out a new spot for spotting. It's a place called the Houstonian. Very expensive digs.

Driving... I'm not sure anyone would park a Veyron in Glasgow, not even in the posh bits!

The guy who owns the yellow Atom in neighborhood had a friend over with a red F430.

And caught this on the way home.
