You never know. Maybe they live in trailers and only shop at Goodwill. My brother-in-law struggles financially but he's got a bitchin' show worthy 442 and a Packard. It's all about priorities.

first post in almost two months, nothing great, 0-5 deg C here today.

this is the one that got me started, and inspired me to hunt around a little. 1941 Ford (though the taillights look custom or something.)

1941 Chevrolet. Close enough, anyway.

Imagine putting your plates on an Aventador, you can only see half of the front.

Dang I suck at ID's. Especially Ferrari's if I didn't see the headlights.

And the Ford/Chevy thing, I stopped after only looking at Ford, maybe you can see why:

my spot again:

so yeah, in addition to the taillight, the pillar slopes forward, there are some different panel lines in the rear, and the overall shape of the rear and wheel flares is different. But dang, to the untrained eye, looks like Ford and Chevy were trying to make the same model!

Edit: @zaphod42
"good" also includes "incredibly uncommon", from the 1st post:
We don't want to see anything run-of-the-mill listed. In the previous thread, people announced having seen a BMW 328i, or a Nissan 240SX. These sorts of cars are not interesting, unless there is something specific about the car itself that makes it unusual, like seeing a new model on/before launch day, or a particularly good custom job.

in this case, yes, a Fiesta is is run-of-the-mill, but a RHD Fiesta in Michigan is certainly unusual to say the least. And yes, it's probably the first and last RHD Fiesta NISMO will ever see in the US.

I'm still not sure why it is worthy of being in this thread, unless it was the first one of those he ever saw.

It's an EU-spec Fiesta in the U.S., which is one thing, for the second part, it seems to be a manufacturer test mule.

What's up with the huge exhaust anyway?

Oh, I kinda missed that, thinking it was just a normal Fiesta. I swear, I'm turning English (not that that's a bad thing...).

A lot of cars from the '40s look kinda similar, especially from behind. I also have my issues to recognize the correct brand unless it's a very famous, unique looking car, or I see the badge.

I don't mind the colour on the RS4 (although I prefer blue :p), but I'm not a fan of the blacked out grille.

Also, nice spot on the Tesla.

Up close it was a total behemoth. Truly massive. I've been to the US but I'd forgotten just how big the pick-ups were.
