Hey, Jeff I didn't realise you used FLickr. Just added you as a contact. Perhaps we should have a FLickr check-in just in case there are other users in the DYSAGT thread.

Me? I am R-W-P (Rupert in HK)

Damn , today I saw a Infinity FX45 (Yes , orange metalic with big black .. wheels , in Portugal , Lisboa , Oeiras with a Portuguese plate ) , a army truck and a Civic Type R (EU or US) '04 (or something like that , all stock white , including wheels) and I didn't took a damn pic to them. When I took my phone out didn't saw anything good.

First time seeing the 2012 Interceptors! My god, I want one so bad now. Nothing like a 365hp AWD twin turbo cop car... The cute female officer saw me taking photos of it and even asked me if I wanted to see inside it. Pretty nice of her. She told me that this is one of three that are currently being tested in the province. Compared to the Crown Vic she liked how much better it handled and how much faster it is but she disliked how much smaller the inside was compared to the crown vic. Which is surprising. With all the police gear loaded in, it is significantly smaller on the inside than the crown vic.

Ooh custom Amazon, nice! I swear those are the most durable cars ever, i've seen them in 3 different countries "in the wild" over the last few years, and saw two at a classic car show recently, in the car park, not as exhibits :)

Ah, I didn't know the OPP had gone with Ford, I thought they would have stuck with GM/Chevy.

Those Interceptors look terrifying!

Paging Dr. Cano!!!

So there I was enjoying a beer on my roof (promise I'm not some kind of redneck) when this rumble gently burbles by and parks next to my house. I head down to check it out and there sits this pristine Camaro SS. This isn't no garage resto project, it's the absolute wishlist with every box ticked. HRE wheels wrapped in very wide rubber around Wilwood brakes, crisp leather fresh off the cow, his' and hers' Recaro buckets, the tires were still glistening from their recent polish for heavens' sake. I wouldn't be surprised to see something like this on the block for 75k-100k.

(random fact, the driveway directly behind these photos just had a new M5 in it hours before)

Oh and a couple nights ago some VW with its big step-brother:

It's always great to see people driving the classics on a regular basis. I can go out and spot one or two dozen of the garden-variety high-end exotics on any afternoon, but it's something special to see some business exec dailying some old Alfa or Aston Martin. That Camaro is up there with my favorite spottings (I'm not really a muscle car guy either), and right next to my humble abode nonetheless!

hyperstupid Camaro

Holy 🤬

what a freaking car. It's like Fuel's convertible twin. Check out the headers on the close up pic of the wheel. Amazing, and amazing pictures, light sure helps here. Big?

Some rich cars in a mall.

Audi R8

My first! :D

Range Rover I

Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan [GE]

The usual car.
Also, I hate my camera's Twilight mode. It makes the quality bad. :grumpy:

Man, that's mean :0
Tell me about it. Looks way meaner than the old Crown Vics.

I believe they're still going under testing, which is why there are only 3 being tested in the province. So it's not 100% that they're going with the Ford's yet. She did tell me that they are also testing the Explorer Utility Interceptor and it's pretty much a done deal when it comes to replacing the Chevy Tahoe's.

Totally amazing photos, as usual! Wish you'd give us more! :D

Was heading home from market today unsure whether I had enough to post...

The only thing I saw at market yesterday

Spyder

Then a few things around town right after market today

MG TA

Z3 M

BMW 8 series, love these, only the 2nd I've seen

still not impressing myself... but then, on the way home

R8, V8?

Awesome Impala SS

Ford? hotrod

GT500 Super Snake, guy was kind enough to slow down so I could get a better 2nd photo out my window

It's been so hot, and I've been so busy and tired, haven't gone out intentionally spotting in a while...

Depends on the number of 'ribs' under the headlights. If there are 2, we're talking V10 here. 3 ribs mean you're looking at a V8. Also, V10 has two single exhaust pipes while V8 has two double pipes.

Don't forget the lip on the leading edge of the blades on the V10. This looks like it doesn't have them, so V8.

It was a Shelby but not sure on the exact model. Did sound incredible though. Also it was LHD which is rare in NZ.
^ Judging by the 'Stangs hood, that is the scary Super Snake:

Usually I don't have the time or presence of mind take pictures of cars outside shows and meets, but this one was just mooning me at a car park, and I couldn't pass it by without snapping a shot.
