Looks like a 991.1 GT3 Cup car, maybe a kit? Rear spoiler is from newer generation (or aftermarket).

Spots from the last couple of weeks;

Was at Walmart this Friday and saw this…
Sadly it was raining and I couldn’t take a better picture. Very cool car. Some will say the wing is too much but I think it is ok since it is the TCR edition car which is based on the touring car…

I know the US don’t get these and I don’t know how common they are in the rest of the world. Here in Quebec I have seen a few (one white and one a the Quebec auto show) but other than that it is usually standard N car that we see…

Not my post but someone spotted this Gerry Anderson's UFO replica on the M40 motorway this week. One for @sirjim73, I suspect.

Oooh, you're not wrong there!

Are you sure it's a replica? It's the right age based on the number plate to be original.
UFO was filmed in 1969-70. F reg would be about 1968? ( I know this because Jeff Randall had an F reg Vauxhall in Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) ;) ).

A quick check confirms F reg is 1967-68 so I was spot on :D

As you can tell from my username, I wasn't even in nappies in 1968, not for another 5 years :lol:

However, my TV and film tastes tend towards UK and US content from the 60s to 90s. I'd much rather watch that than most modern stuff.

According to the MOT check website that car was first registered on 11th January 1968 and is listed as a Mini Moke! Presumably they used a Mini Moke chassis and designed a body to put on top of it.

All of which leads me to think even more that this is an original vehicle used in UFO. I wonder if "SID" agrees with this?
