Are there several versions of the front bumper?
I noticed this:

fer36000a22br2.jpg

I think it must be the design of the original airdams as this pic is an early official Ferrari image. The wheel well is light because I used flash.

Yes, there were 12 Gallardos there including 2 Superleggeras and an SE and around the corner there were another 2. Those were at the Mandarin Oriental and the orange Superleggera and the yellow and white ones were at the Fullerton hotel.

The cars in Singapore were pretty cool. I also saw a white Murcie LP640 driving around an affluent area and at least 8 new GTR's around town. I'm back in Hong Kong now.

Oh yeah, there were a few of these too... ;)

Hmmm, now you say that I do believe the rims were the same colour as the car, but it was dark so it's hard to say...

Rue, the quantity of Lambos you see is obscene, almost unfair. Well, Lambos and everything else, incredible.

Lets post something now, It’s been almost a week.
I think I already posted this, but whatthehell, common thing very uncommon here, nothing really special:

Then, on a shop usually PACKED with old cars, this… thing. If I saw the nose I may be able to ID it accurately, but I think it’s a 48 Plymouth.
ghg038.jpg

Ditto here, without a nose, its way difficult to identify these things, I frankly don’t have an idea of what this may be, but the split rear window might give a clue to anyone willing to ID the car:
ghg034.jpg

Then, blam! A 1971 Camaro full bumper with fake Cragars, it soooo needs fat tires outback and a tunnel ram out of the hood…
ghg037.jpg

1956 Chevy post car with painted bumpers, uncommon but economical treatment, seemed pretty good start for a project.
ghg035.jpg

Rare here 7-series BMW with BBS-type wheels:
ghg032.jpg

Inside a repair shop, a set of mercedeseses:
ghg030.jpg

Outside an interior shop near work; I’ll be bringing spots from this place often, this time a clean VR6 Jetta with BBSs:
ghg023.jpg

In the same place, gargantuan 69 Cadillac ragtop with 24 inch wheels and more sound equipment than I have ever seen in one car, guess it has more place to fill with stuff, check out the size of that screen! I may be shooting this for the magazine in the future:
ghg024.jpg

Awesomeness outside a Starbucks, a very late C3 Vette that… lets say it just screams.
ghg013.jpg

Paint job was pretty damn well made:
ghg010.jpg

Red Vynil interior, automatic, random details, and check out how wide the rear fenders are!
ghg015.jpg

People and waiters were taking cell phone pictures and at least one person took out a very serious camera, first time it happens that there is someone else with a camera alongside me snapping a car in the street:
ghg016.jpg

Rolled on Center Line aluminum wheels, pretty damn wide too:
ghg019.jpg

High-riding Chevy Pickup outside an interior shop some blocks from my house:
ghg006.jpg

I think it’s a repost but bear with me, very rusty Renault 4:
ghg005.jpg

And the traditional rice, swiss-cheese Chevrolet Chevy/Opel Corsa in the rest oft the world:
ghg123.jpg

Pontiac Sunfire with… those things; I’d say they almost make the car a favor, but nah…
ghg122.jpg

sorry, my phone is not a very capable camera

that is a different color from the car with the red/blue wheels right?

Yeah, this one is a roadster, the red/blue one is a regular Murcielago. There was also another blue Murcielago with matching blue rims here the other day. All in all there have been 3 different blue on blue Murcielagos in Atlanta in the past week.

yeah should have noticed the roadster part

what is with people and Murcies :shakes head:

For some reason it's really akward for me too. It's even costed me a few decent spots. For instance, today, I wanted to shoot a C5 Z06, but there were a lot of people around...

Today... a Z06. My first good look at a C6-er in the flesh.

And a new C-class (230, to be exact). I love the new styling.

That looks a lot like a replica, or is it just me?
For some reason, I thought you were talking about the girl in the passenger's seat.. for some reason, to me, she looks like a blow-up doll . Actually, to me, the whole picture looks fake and plastic.. but if I disregard that, I'd think the 360 was real. Still not sure about the girl though

Hmmm, I'm not sure about the LP. My memory's really not good enough. Is that a Singapore license plate? Looks a bit diferrent to the ones I saw when I was there.

It's Malaysian. It was held at the Sepang Circuit. I figured it might have been the same one considering Singapore is just at the bottom of Malaysia.

Why is that? Ive shot cars with the owner inside staring at me. Most of the time, they appreciate the attention they are getting :sly:

+1

Shot 1300 cars and never a bad word from the owners. Many smiles, thumbs up, etc. They enjoy the attention more than I do giving it to them!

Way different here, once a guy stopped and got down his car because he saw me aiming my camera to him, he asked why had I taken his Picture and I said “because your car is rare here, first one I’ve seen, blah blah” –“ah, ok” and he left peeling the rears; the car? A first gen Ford Lightning. Go Figure.

I’ve also had people telling cops “there’s a guy taking pictures of cars in the neighborhood” and so on. Stupid country.
:nervous:

I have a little catching up to do - since I switched computers I've seen a lot of interesting thingies but just haven't got round to posting them yet... Some MAY be reposts - I have a new system to demarcate posted and non-posted DYSAGT cars, but it's not retrospective. Still, some stuff's interesting enough to see twice :D

MGB based NG TC kit-car ;)

We had a discussion about this one. It was determined it wasn't a Bulldog TF replica on a B GT base, but not what it actually was. In either case, the DVLA still seem to have it registered as an MG B GT.
