Famine, was that Santa Pod you went too? I'm judging this due to the Flying Spur picture, to me it looks like Santa Pod thanks to the bank on the left and the van on the right has a dragster picture on it.

Famine, where did you saw those Citroen's,they have a Belgian number plate.
Was that in England or in Belgium?

It was just the French side of the Belgium/France border (on the way into France).

It was. You may see other, more energetic pictures in the Other Motorsports forum, drag racing thread.

Nothing really exciting these days, university just started for me, and today on the way to class I saw this:

Mazda RX-7 (FD3S)

Don't know if the body work was original RE parts, but looks quite well made, all except for the front bumper. Otherwise it's a pretty sweet car, and very clean.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's a TR-3 as well. 👍

Some spots while Mrs. M and I were on a mini-break in New Hope, PA.

Type 911

..and not 10 seconds later... an Esprit V8 (?)

..and about a block up the street

Shelby GT500

The iPhone takes pretty decent pics for a phone 👍

Also spotted in Bucks County, but no pics are: E63 M6, E60 M5, E46 M3 (dime a dozen around here), 997 C4S, Exige S and a Mustang Fastback (~'69, I think) All within about 40 minutes on a regular boring all Tuesday afternoon.

+1

Shot 1300 cars and never a bad word from the owners. Many smiles, thumbs up, etc. They enjoy the attention more than I do giving it to them!
Some of them even stop or wait to let you take a photo.
Definitely not an M3 as the it has the quad exhaust. Looks to me like a 335i
Yes it's a 335i.👍

just a few blocks from my house. i almost grabbed my SLR but i still feel awkward photographing cars.

The driver of that SL and the 2 guys in that van, they where all kooking
at me while I took that photo.

SL.

VW van.Looks really good in these colours.

Baur BMW and unknown car.

Been to Green Park in London for the last three days and they have an Audi dealership (obviously aimed at the high end market) which had three R8's for sale for 75-80k, an RS4 for sale for 57k and a couple of other ones.

Every time I went out for a fag stood infront of the windows and had a drool.

From last Saturday.

Boardwalk Ferrari also had a black GT-R. Very cool. Adding on, was passed by a bright yellow Gran Turismo. Gave 'em the thumbs up. 👍

What Porsche. All I see is a Chevy Malibu with an enormous spoiler in the background.

Contributing to the madness:

Aston Martin DB7 Volante

I now work with someone who, while a car fan, is a typical mis-pronouncer. "Porsh", "Austin Martin"...I listen intently to his superb diction. Thankfully the dolt was not in the car when I took this photo. Who knows how he would have verbally mangled this one.

Audi RS6

It's amazing what a single generation increment will do to a car. This used to be considered a beastly Q-car. Now it's just...nice...I think.

Bentley Azure Convertible

One of a few things found in a particular underground NYC parking garage. There's another, more interesting vehicle that I saw only as I drove out. If I get that one tomorrow, I will -- obviously -- post it.

Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG

Another found in the above-mentioned garage. The image stabilization only works when you're not actively trying to hide the camera.

BMW 135i Convertible

I like this car in theory, but it's just too heavy for its size and too small inside for its footprint. If BMW has that chutzpah to make a truly light-weight version of this (in 130i trim), I think that would make it one of the best BMW's since the original M3. But as of now...it's just a theory.

BMW M Coupe

Modified, but still a breadvan.

Chevrolet Camaro SS 30th Anniversary

If it weren't for GT, I probably would have thought this was just another SS. Or maybe it still is. Any way to tell the difference?

Citroen DS "B-Special"

Just how special is it? It's "B" special, I suppose. Not in the best of shape, but I'll bet it still floats like a cloud.

Ford Mustang Saleen 3.8

Totally forgot that Saleen did the occasional V6 Mustang. This is the only one I've ever seen on the road.

Hyundai Genesis sedan

First Genesis on the road? Looks very stately, in a Honda sort of way. Probably what Honda's Legend (Acura RL) should be aiming for, both in terms of looks and features. Well, mostly in terms of looks. Okay, completely in terms of looks. Oh, heck: the RL is fugly, and this thing is really not that bad.

mini bike in the back

"Hope you got a halfway-reasonable back seat, 'cause I'm putting my minibike in it!"

Chevrolet Camaro SS 30th Anniversary

If it weren't for GT, I probably would have thought this was just another SS. Or maybe it still is. Any way to tell the difference?

Actually it's the 2002 35th Anniversary version.
2002_Chevy_Camaro_SS_35th_ann.jpg

wiki- A special 35th and final generation Anniversary Edition was offered for the SS trim level. It included nose-to-tail stripes, embroidery on the front headrests, silver CAMARO inserts for the front and rear bumpers, unique 35th Anniversary SS decals, and unique 17 in wheels. The 35th Anniversary Camaro was only available as a convertible or with T-bar, T-tops. 3,000 Camaros with the anniversary package were produced for the United States and 152 for Canada.

Nice pics Reventon, That LP560 is similar to the one I saw in your area.

No pics but I had a ride in a '95 Mustang GT last night, 7.0 V8, flowpipes imported from Florida, sounded beautiiful.
