A bit of a cheesy post :)

My first Evoque spot

And a matte gold CLS 350, imo the nicest front end on a recent merc, but not a fan of the colour.

I've been off lately, moving home and so on. The camera was taken out sometimes but my beloved 50mm seems to have trouble focusing after taking it to the beach a while ago. Anyway, here are some shots from the past 2 months.

Oh got damn Dac is back! awesome pictures all of them bud. Heck you HK people cannot begin to imagine how much I envy you, but not because of the cars... well, not MAINLY for the cars, but for the awesome city you live in. Every picture looks like it has been staged. And it's a safe place too. I wouldn't last 20 minutes with a DSLR hanging on my neck in here.

Great pics as usual, Paul! Good to see you out with the camera again. Drop me a line when you want to go shooting, the weather's much nicer for walking around in the evening now!

Today my friend and I went to a ride day at Lakeside and got to go out in this RX-7 race car my friend's work sponsors. I'd never been around Lakeside before, and I have to say, what a FANTASTIC track! Anyway lap times were in the 1 minute range, which is fairly quick for a ride day.

Leaning more the Iso Grifo now, since they were speeding past me, not clear if I'll ever be certain.

Look at the back though in the pic, it has the sloping sides to the rear just like the Iso.

The Monteverdi has a squarer rear.

For me, I saw an old car parked in a driveway. Usually see it on my way to school. I can't really identify the make/model but it's white and has somewhat of a station wagon style to it but it's a three door. The rear opens to the left instead of up like the newer cars and SUVs do but it looks like it was made somewhere in the 1940's.

Would it happen to be a Jaguar E Type?

It has a side opening rear door. I've seen a few E Types in the here in the US but never a hard top only the convertibles. I am a huge fan of the car and I hope to own one some day.

Meanwhile in PA I have seen a few cars. Not the best pics, they're from my cell phone.

Haven't really seen too much else worth noting, which is a shame considering that we have had such nice weather recently. Although the other weekend I saw the same Boxter on about 15 different occasions throughout 3 days.

No, the E-Type was made during the 1960's. The car I'm talking about has to be like a Chevy or Ford from the 1940's. The E-Type is a very nice Jag though! I'll try and get a picture of it on my way to school tomorrow.

I have never got a photo of that Mansory 599. Saw it once from the bus in one of the 'rougher' parts of Kowloon, but was so surprised that I didn't get the camera out. Think these are your best round of photos yet, IcyJ. Clean, simple, nice. :)

Love those FDs up there! Nice.

I remember seeing a Dodge Viper GTS drive through town one day about 5 years ago. I know you said today but I live in a small town in the countryside so all I see is Tractors and more tractors. Although there is a Focus RS and an R32 skyline around here somewhere

People please read the Thread title:
Did You See Anything Good Today? [Read First Post]
Then do this: [Read First Post]

Then you will notice a post should be like this:

I was visiting the inlaws and went car hunting near Hyde Park London and saw:

a Ferrari 599 (well accompanied):
6460363363_227cdf932a.jpg

an Aston Martin DB9
6460363535_f0436f3931.jpg

that constitutes a post about cars that most members appreciate.

mmmm, still love the rear end of the DB's and Vantage's :D Can't get enough of it. It's like Jessica Alba, only it's a car so it's better.

Oh, come on Vince, we can initiate the new thread members a little more gently than that...

Dowlin, I'd love to see that R32, see if you can't get a picture of it! Also guys, it's not just supercars we like to see here, though scanning the pages it might seem like it (IcyJ). Anything old or unusual for your area is post-worthy here!

And I'll second Rue on the FD love! That car is going to remain classic for a long, long time, perfect blend of beauty, performance, and uniqueness! Whereas most Ferrari's and Porsche's will be forgotten as soon as the next model comes out (not all of them of course, but certainly most...)

So it is time for a Opel/Vauxhall super post:

Thanks for this, always loved the Manta and Monza (you used to see these in the UK, but now pretty rare, did see a Manta GT/E recently though)

And the GT is a peach, not dissimilar to the series 2 Lotus Elan :)
