From left to right:
Subaru Impreza WRX STI [GD], Nissan GT-R, Shelby Mustang GT500, Subaru Impreza WRX STI [GE]

Taken quickly with my iPod camera:

I've seen many more actually, including Scuderias, Gallardos, a couple of GT-Rs, a 458 Italia, and an SLS AMG. Too fast for me to take a shot though :(

I do like that generation of WRX, but I wonder why Subaru go for those tacky exhaust heat-shields. There's a Legacy in my village with the same ones. I think they spoil the look.

I'm fairly certain that is something you add to the car. It's the first one I've seen with those heat shields. I don't think they look half bad though.

Yes, they are definitely aftermarket but I don't know if they are a dealer/STi option.

My first Audi TT RS:

OK now, there's no denying that THIS S-Class AMG is fake :D
(sorry for crappy quality, the tram shaked at the very moment I pressed the shutter:grumpy:)

I come across only a few like that every year and they are a port-installed option if I recall correctly.

does a show's parking lot cars count ?

Yes, but just barely. To quote the OP:
Dealerships and Manufacturer/Tuner sponsored car shows do not count. This means that a race meeting/track day/concourse show/owner's club meeting does count. However, everyday "traffic" sightings are more interesting.

We all like to see the cars, but get a little more excited by "in the wild" spots.

Few funny quotes I found back on the first page, evidently most people didn't think the new rules would work and the thread would be quickly dead. Ha!
G.T
This is really going to kill the thread, that you have to post a picture of what you saw.
I can't see this thread working under the new rules, perhaps letting it die off is the best we can do for it - Does anyone want to volunteer to hold it's hand whilst it 'goes to sleep' :(
Absolute B.S., Giles. Aboulute B.S.

And with that I guess I can be accused of breaking the suggestion to avoid slow-chatting...

Hardly rare in Canada. Its a upscale Civic that they never sold in the US.
^ It may not be rare up there. But outside Canada, that model is very distinctive. :)

BT -> Heres what I stumbled...(apologies on some pics)

The white and black are German, the white and red are from Belgium, the yellow with black are from the Netherlands.

My general rule of thumb is that if it's de-badged, it's probably not what you think it is...

But that wheel+bumper+quad exhaust combination gives it away (the German plates help as well), that's indeed a C55 AMG. De-badged, it's probably a kick-ass sleeper :sly:.

Nice find :)👍

Sorry for the terrible picture but this was an R32. I think it said 4R32 on it.

Are those made in the vicinity of Zolder Racetrack?

I need to take more pictures of cars I see, but I'm always on the wrong side of the bus it seems. Or on my bike, which makes it difficult to take pictures.

Indeed it is. It would be good if Zolder was at a bike distance, parking costs 10€.
Everything closer to or in the paddock will go in the other thread tomorrow.

Another Saturday, another visit to Alderley Edge. This week, I included Wilmslow too, which was undoubtedly a good decision. The Diablo SV was not present, though it never is. The 612, R8 and such were there, a new M5 was there too. All in all, it was a good day.

[Cars I didn't shoot because they are common / boring]

- 7 C63 AMG's

- 11 BMW M3's

- 3 M5's, 2 old one new

- 22 Bentley's

- 31 Porsche's

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I arrived there at 11 in the morning, and it was throwing it down. But nothing stands in the way of a Rolls-Royce, which I'm sorry to say I have no idea what model it is. [AMG Merc to the right too]

After a visit to Costa Coffee, it warmed up. So, we began our trip into Wilmslow, and found this... It was located at a Farm Shop, of which they charged us £8 for 4 sausages and a ball of cheese. I believe it is a Cadillac, perhaps an Eldorado? Very rare find in the UK.

We arrived in Wilmslow, and this was parked up on the main stretch.

Just further down, this lovely DB9.

Even further down, a Bentley Continental SuperSports, the only model I'm interested in.

Off back to Alderley Edge, and this beauty was parked up at Panacea, a somewhat expensive dining place, where people eat things and stuff...

We, [as in me and my Mum, I can't drive yet] sat down at The Bubble Room, and caught this DBS Volante blow past. With a Delta to the right.

After going back to Wilmslow, and looking in a car park, I found this. A Mclaren Mercedes SLR.

Jai, that first car is a a Rolls-Royce Phantom and the second is, I think, a Cadillac Eldorado Seville. Some great spots there! Where I live a Bentley is a good spot, but 22!

Jai your persistence with the Cheshire spots is paying off :)

So I went to a car show today and I took pics of the exhibits, which obviously live in the other thread, but also cars in the main car park, and cars in a kinda classic car park (ie. classic owners park there without having to register as such)...any suggestions on where I should show these pics? Some beauties in those car parks :)

Well you can try and decide for yourself, as I did today. The cars in the normal parking spots where I was parked aswell were put here, and those in the supercar lot I put in the other thread to keep it a bit down to earth :).

1950 Hudson Pacemaker, it's for sale, for 2 grand. Seller says "Flat head 6cyl. running.3 speed standard on the tree. All original"

And a very bad pic of a late 70's, early 80's El Camino. Mom shoved me as I took the pic..
