ooooo epic car Stumpy, it looks awesome, very hardcore. I can see you killing yourself daily in that thing. MOAAR PICS.

okay, here's the rest from today...

(this time I hope I got it right) Ford F1 with massive (and perhaps questionable) mods

Series 60 Land Cruiser

help with this one. I suspect it's something awesome, but can't figure out what it is...

Z06

a very different Spyder...

A Morris!! Minor 1000, check the interior!

Anyone know?

Sorry for the horrible pics. :(

Thanks for trying, yeah, figured some kind of M3, but the lip on the rear is just insane, never seen an M3 like that, and no image searches revealed anything as extreme. At first I thought CSL, but no, wrong series...

And, don't worry about the quality of the pics, I got a thrill seeing the M5 and NISMO Z, both great and rare for both of us!

Thanks! I actually know where the Z lives but never got any decent pics. Yeah, I did some google searches and couldn't find anything like that lip. almost looks like a new 5 series but it doesn't cause the lights aren't long enough. And they seem to long to be an M3.

That's not M3, it's a 335 with some mods.

The bed on Ford F1 looks like it came from an newer truck.

I think it an MG but I don't know the model.

I can believe that.

Still wondering about my ID of the Maserati Spyder '89. Checking images, it seems like my car extends too far back past the rear wheels. And these would be rare anywhere as only a few hundred were made...

Might be an old (1990-1994) Saab. I remember my uncle working on a black Saab which had a similar shape to that car.

Thanks, no, not a 900 convertible. Front headlights did look near enough to exactly like the Maserati as far as I can remember. Rear lights were distinctive, too. Thought to myself when I saw it "Italian! or maybe Aston..."

Bingo! Amazing! How did you figure that out?!? 5.0 V8, fewer than 560 made '84-'86, and yes, including Italian styling bits!

And a McLaren!!!

Ah right, I didn't take much notice of the Saab when he was fixing it other then that it had similar hang on the back

That is epic! Mind sharing how much it cost, or even a ballpark figure?

Cost me 4k, the work done to it was over 10k, and considering how dirt cheap mini parts are, that is a heck of a lot of stuff

It's a complete hoot to drive, and once I get the hang of the quickshift I'm sure I will be killing myself frequently. I will take some snaps soon :D

M3 Sedan I think.

I think it's just a regular E90 Sedan with a silly bodykit and quad exhausts.

For it to be an M3 the quad exhausts are positioned a bit more centrally in the car.
Also the mirrors aren't M3 style and rather regular ones.

Although it could be an E90 M3, i think it isn't because the car looks like a rather cheap job - bodykit and a CSL style lip, also at least he hasn't tried to replicate it buy sticking on M badges. :P

There was a Vitz/Yaris in the way! :grumpy:

Hyundai Coupe/Tiburon

Mercedes-Benz C300 AMG

Is it really an AMG?

Toyota Sequoia

The Beetles!

My best photo so far. :)

Brilliant! Right now I have lost a whole lotof faith on some of my investments and have been trawling the UK used car market. That looks like a whole lot of fun!

I think he was trying to make a point. Good is a relative thing, and yes, in his neck of the woods, Astons are like Cayennes are here. Expensive but everywhere. (and that happens to be the exact number of Aston's I've seen in my life... 7)

But Jai, you could spice it up by letting us know which if any of those are special models, like, is that a GTC Speed or what?

And, if you're a Porsche, you can park backwards, because the engine is still pointing the right way!

Edit: crud, think that's a TT now that I look at it.

Saw 2 more Porsches (Boxer S and Carrera 4S). And a pretty acward Bimmer M3 , rear wheels M3 15 inches and at front M5's wheels 17 inches I guess

That's a Supersports convertible, I don't think he posts non-supersports continentals, there are evidently a lot of them around in Manchester. Bentley did sell a lot of them.

Benley continental GTs.

Speak for yourself, I haven't seen that many Astons in my entire life!

Today just wasn't a good day. There is a Koenigsegg CCX and a black Veyron around here, so I consider cars not in that class to be standard. I missed a 430 Scuderia and an R8 V10 by the way.

Yeah, Bentley is probably the most common marque in England.
