Did anyone else get a disc with no art on it at all? Like it just looks the same on both sides of the disc, it was quite funny when I first saw it.

Yeah thats what it's supposed to be ...

You've got a misprint.
Keep it in Mint. Buy another one. Lock it in a safe.

That'll be worth alot of money some day (assuming that its a 1 of a kind, not a whole batch was fubar)

Youve got a one off collectors edition!! worth lots of money!!

or maybe its just a mistake.

A one off Collector's Edition? Explain. I would think people would rather the Art on the Disc, instead of just nothing. I know it's probably 1 of a kind, but I don't see why it would be worth so much money for this.

Ever heard of a Coin Misprint?
Comic Book Misprint?
Collectors Items, it works the same with anything mass produced.

Records, CDs, books and other things which have printer's errors and similar rare mistakes can be worth a lot of money. There's records out there that collectors would pay thousands for only because they're one of a tiny batch that had a printer's error.

But I can't imagine a blank printed video game being worth anything. In the not too distant future, no-one will have a PS2 and it will just look like a blank CD with no print on it. It's not like a vinyl record with a typo or a rare CD cover. At least a vinyal record with a rare label will play on someone's equipment today even if it's a 40 year old record. And a misprinted CD cover is readable by anyone literate.

Precisely why I asked why it would be worth so much. I mean, it's only a CD. Nothin more to it.

A printed CD with an error might be worth something if video games were collected the same way as vinyl records and the like were collected. But I'm pretty sure there ain't much of a market for antique or rare video games. Unless someone wants to buy my old Amiga games for cold hard cash?

Nope, I didn't think so.

Which is exactly my point.

Don't quote me on this, but I would say a Market is going to happen in the next 5-10 years for old Video Games. I can see that happening.

Yep. Theres no value in old games because they arn't old enough yet.

If I can find a mint, in the box Jaguar.... I'ed be rich...
