i see the new nascars in the new car dealership,but where are the other cars?do they pop up in UCD?where is the '71 camero?
 
The 71 Camaro isn't in the game yet. The only cars they added were the Nascar ones and the Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports car.
There is a update adding the DLC cars to the dealership so you can buy more than one if you purchased the car pack in a update in December.

thank you grashopper.i just dont understand that when i buy a 11.99 pack that says i will have 15 new cars and 2 new tracks,i want what i pay for....like the new challenger and such.any enlightenment on those?

Have you installed them using the red circle on the far right side of the main menu on GT5?
The cars should be in your garage automatically and the tracks should show in arcade, practice, or online.
