Do you guys use driving options realistically?

What i should do now is clarify.
On cars with an automatic, like the GT-R concept or Lancer VII GT-A, do you use automatic transmission?
Or on cars with ABS, do you leave the ABS engaged and turn it off on cars that don't have ABS?
I try to do this as much as i can just for lolz and to attempt a little more realism.

**Edit** Sorry read again, I assume you mean if the car has these features IRL?

Think this debate is already going somehwere else already, got a bit tasty so I'd be careful.
 
I know what you mean, I always drive without assists, only ABS on 1, and M/T, even if the car in real life has those features I just turn them off.
 
I always drive manual, and try to use TCS and ABS on 1 each, but if I don't like the way the car handles with my driving style I have no issue with turning either of those assists up to where I can drive it the way I want to. Generally with a 4WD I turn the TCS off completely.
