I love the baroque interiors found in American cars of the 1950s/60s. This is a 1957 Lincoln Premiere.

I don't think I'd call that Baroque. I tend to think of Baroque as far more ornamental and theatrical. This is more streamlined, designerly and organized...very Art Deco. I can't think of any production car interior approaching truly Baroque to be honest - custom lowriders seem to be the only ones that get close.
 
Early Celicas, surprisingly, had a [mostly] very stylish dash. It loses it with some of the details (as was common in the period) but the basic design is actually quite attractive.

Fiat 130 Coupe
Supremely confortable car (since I've sat in one of those a while ago) but the interior is really quite nice with those polished and machined lower door card trims and quite good fit and finish.
Also, I'm in awe of those orange crushed velour seats:eek:
The colour is affectionately called "aragosta" (italian for lobster") but other colours (and a leather interior) were available too.
