I drag it out and play the tighter tarmac stages - on reflection it was far too easy to win the title - they needed some bonus cars too.

One of the best things in CMR2 was getting the full war-spec Audi Quattro, and then using the 'double horsepower cheat - nothing to raise the hair on the back of your neck like Corsica with 1000hp under the right foot - it does arrive at the next corner awfully quickly.

vat_man takes credit for everything.

Except, of course, for being the Ghost of Tom Joad, for which only I can take credit.

I still play it, some. I binge on games and always have, right now I'm bingeing on WipEout Fusion.
When I play WRC I like to be "ford-driver", at least
until ford-driver's game comes out. :p

I just picked this game up this past weekend. First impression was the "real" feel of the game. Mostly in the damage aspect of the game. My wife spent a good two hours race it, and had her fair share of first places.

It was a humbling experience, after racing GT3 and winning extensively. We'll see how the impressions go over the next month of so.

Any reccomendations as to what to expect? Clues to the game?

I do have to say I really like the Helicopter view in the play back. Something PD should put in the GT3 game...

I bought it recently, played it for a while, and then got back into GT3. As to what to expect, late calls on the pacenotes pretty much sums it up.

It's a bit arcadey for me. I'll probably play it more when I knock off the remaining 4% of GT3 though.
