does anybody know how to change the color of a car with out buying a new one

Spoon Civic is the prize car for winning all 3 Professional FWD races.
There is no way to change the colour of your car once you have won or bought it.

MK's program makes it easy to change a cars color to any available car color that's "in" game available!

Hybridlvr is correct, as are the others above. You have no way to change the cars color "in game". However, with the use of a sharkport/Xport/Maxdrive you can export the gamesave and edit on your computer.

Just to clarify, you can only change colors of a car that is only available on the disc. Such as the Ford Mustang, it's only available in red, you cannot change the color at all. However, the Rx-7 RZ/RS are available in several colors, but you cannot not get any other color besides those colors. I hope that made sense.
