Does anyone know how to make a 360 picture

In the past, I made a 360 picture but I don't know how I did it. Can anyone help me

In my memory, you have to select the larger picture and change the url as follows; 23.jpg to 1.png. But this doesn't work anymore. I want the effect of my supra see pictures below

change the end to1.png

"23.jpg" would become "1.png"
