I'd imagine because that's when they upload all the new info to the servers for the OCD and seasonal's..... makes sense to do it all at once, plus they did say that 3/3 would be the last day to trade 1m+ cars, not the reset before it.

I think that DLC is the reason for this whole cap because of if they bring out DLC and that could be traded and copied they would not sell anymore

They could do what Turn 10 does, if you get a car that is DLC it is just grayed out until you pay for the DLC. So that forces you to pay.

I have 2 so its cool. But the guy is back and says he sent it.
Funny part is I get back from school and found that he deleted me and didn't even check to see if i got the x1.

Next time DO NOT deal with low post count scammer's. Good thing I didn't send a car I only had 1 of...

Yeah, but what time zone?? lol... that's the problem with this whole mess.... The only reference any of us has is that the day reset happens at 4pm est, which is 9am (start of business) in Tokyo......
