Its was confirmed on Smackdown last night that the world title match between Reigns and LA will open the show.

WWE isn't the same without the legendary Hulk Hogan. We were thinking about him yesterday. Boy, those were some fun iconic times watching some of his matches back then on DVD. And on the TV.

So a couple of WWE things.

Firstly, Money In The Bank was a good show. Penta won the men's MITB and Tiffany Stratton won the women's. The women's winner was criticized because Tiffany has won it before but it makes sense for storyline as she can turn heel on Chelsea Green and cash in on her. Tiffany also took a horrific bump when she attempted her swanton of a ladder on the outside but the ladder wobbled at the last second meaning the back of her head smacked the floor hard on landing, Tiffy was checked over pretty quick and we haven't heard of any lasting damage yet. There was also another bad spot when a ladder slid out of the ring in-between the ropes with two participants still on it, you could see the look on Lola Vice's face when it slid out with her on it and she looked terrified. The match was okay really but it was a scary watch!

As for the men's match, Penta is a great winner for it. I personally would have loved to have seen Bron Breakker win it and he had one heck of a match but I can see why they went for Penta. There was a spot in the match where Breakker pushed Je'von Evans off a ladder in to an ambulance roof. Kevin Owens and CM Punk basically cost each other the match so that feud will likely continue.

Roman Reigns beat LA Knight in a good opener to retain the title, any hope of LA Knight winning the title from Roman was dashed when they announced that this would be the opening match. But LA still had the match of his life although Roman kicked out of everything LA threw at him, and right after that match we went straight into more 946/Bloodline stuff. Liv Morgan won back the women's title from Vaquer in the triple threat match in a bizarre decision, Vaquer only won it three weeks ago at the Chile house show. Oba Femi beat Bronson Reed and a good match where they basically just killed each other, Femi kicked out of the Tsumani, the first time since 2019 that someone has.

The second thing is that the next big show for WWE is supposed to be Crown Jewel in Saudi in just a few weeks but that is up in the air because of the situation there. the main airport in Riyadh was the subject of two terrorist attacks over the weekend but there were doubts about the show even before then. There was no mention of Crown Jewel on Saturday's show.

I condemned the comments Caster had made during Bound for Glory. As far as my opinion is concerned, it is the most disgusting promo in TNA this year.

Crown Jewel was mentioned on Raw last night with the Crown Jewel championship matches confirmed, Roman Reigns v Sami Zayn and Liv Morgan v Chelsea Green. This is despite doubts about the show even going ahead with the current situation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The show is due to take place on November 7th so in around three weeks time.

Carmelo Hayes has joined the 946 on Raw. He attacked Solo Sikoa during the big six man tag with the 946 and Usos/Solo. Carmelo hadn't been seen on WWE TV in months and people were worried that he might get released or leave.

More developments are taking taking place in Saudi Arabia ahead of WWE Crown Jewel. All American staff and their families have reportedly been ordered to depart the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia, this is as Houthi militia in Yemen continue to hit the country.

Crown Jewel is due to take place in Riyadh in just over two weeks time.
