His comments were much more helpfull than all those "wind" references from other members...

Yeah well I got confused cause someone said "windy", and they said that were like country roads or something like that, so I just repeated with that, saying that I like those roads :) 👍 Never mind, off topic, go on with the "Don't sell this" part:tup:

I've got a backup question on the same subject: Being that you can earn cars for either getting all golds in the license, or all silvers, or whatever, are any of these cars available later by race prize or purchase?

The point it, remember the GT90 in GT2? There was only one way to get it, and it was getting all golds on every single license test or something like that. Am I going to have to go through the same trouble to get all golds?
Some license prizes can be won in different cups as well as the licenses but not all, cars like the Model T and Skyline concept can only be won in the licenses. As for the GT90 in GT2 that was one in the Seattle endurance race.

On another not, why the cockyness of that Swiss guy about the term windy (wine-de), since you know so much why didn't you know it's an often used slang term. I wouldn't mind you correcting him but it's was the way you did it thats annoying.

auto save can be turned off, therefore allowing you to save and load when you see fit

when you sell a car, the game automatically saves - no matter have you got autosave on or off - and you can't load a previous save when you have particular car because it has been overwiritten.

I don't think that was me, was it? English isn't even my native language!

No don't worry, I was referring to PMental. Even if someone does make a mistakein wording or spelling or whatever he can correct people in a different way he did, and even then he wasn't factoring in local slang.

Hey which of the Canary Islands are you from, and what part?

From Gran Canaria, the second largest island and where the alleged "capital" of the region is supposed to be. And the city: Las Palmas. Can I ask why?

I used to have an apartment in Las Americas on Tenerife, I say I had an apartment it was my parents but I used it, not far from the Hotel Esmerelda so I know the area really well and a couple of the locals running business there. I've only been Gran Caneria once though last year I was in Playa de Amadores at the top of the hill near the Europa shopping center and that bar the Barbacoa.

Wow, I like how this issue was addressed. :) Thaks, guys, that made all the difference in my surly mood.

By the way, that Speed 12 was badass!!

One other thing i've noticed is that you can't actually do anything in the garage without the memory card inserted. I was going to sell some cars to buy something just to test out a car that I didn't have the money for. But without the memory card inserted it wouldn't let me look at any of my cars in the garage.

How can you reset the Mission Hall to win the cars again then (not that I have tried). Does it reset the group of missions if you try to do one again? If I'd known I need not have resorted to the second save on the Jay Leno car.

Does anybody know the answer to this? My friend sold my Pagani Zonda LM race car that I won from the drafting missions and I don't know how to get it back.

As far as I know, theres no way of getting it back unless you start over. You could try loading a new game, saving it, going and doing that mission again, and buying the car off your other save. Saves you from having to start everything over I guess. :indiff:

i was just thinking that about the zonda race car. I lost mine with the "empty garage" syndrome.
I am going to start a new game and try to buy it from myself. You cannot get the mission cars, or % complettion cars again....i had to find out the hard way.

well, i just checked it out with the new game....I would have to get my IA license again, but to do that i have to get the IB....i don't want the car that much.

Yes, sometimes they award you with special colored cars. So far, i've only 3 special colors that are exclusive to prize cars: the Aston Martin DB9 in Super Gold, the Subaru 360 in World Rally Blue Mica, and the TVR Speed 12 in "Chameleon" (which looks absolutely STUNNING).

Don't forget the Pink 2CV!!
