Why not ask the people you drift with at the moment?

I'll be honest you probably won't find anybody on here considering the current situation.

If you can find people around your skill level, get them in the team and you can progress together.

It's best you wait until GT6. More shall come then. I know my team isn't really going to take off until then, but I'm fine with that.
