Drifting too easy with DS2, but harder on DFP.

Are there any suggestions to start drifting with the wheel as far as tracks and cars?

Any track you were good and have adapted to well...

Should I start with a powerful or underpowered car? Fast track, or hairpin track?

again, whatever you are used to...

Anything that can ease the pain of learning would be appreciated..

But I know that this forum has Top DS2 Drifters, I think Thio, bustwave and Sheron are them. I am probably like the low ones.

im using the ds2 controller but im not if i should use the analog stick for drifting or the x button

Use the X button. It's pressure sensitive like the stick, you just you have to be able to apply small amounts of pressure to feather the throttle, whereas with the stick you've got a huge range of motion to use in order to feather the throttle. But IMO, the button is a lot easier to use.
