Thanks for the comments guys. I'm surprised you guys liked the mood of the first shot. When I was editing it I thought it was gonna be cool but when I finished I wasn't too happy about the outcome....but if you guys like it...I like it :)

jgda9rs: I was gonna blur the background but got lazy. d'oh! Next motion shots I'll make sure I get the car blurred.

BTW anyways have suggestions for my next update?

what do you mean? it looks good! though i understand what you mean by that though. sometimes i do updates and totally dislike it, but eventually turns out to be loved by people. i dont know how it works sometimes :D like my latest update no one has really seen yet :(

as for suggestions for you, how about a new ford mustang ? :D

Hey guys. Here is my next update. The first American car in my gallery. The Ford Mustang GT. Thanks jgda9rs for the suggestion. I think this is one of my best updates. I think I made them a little too dark, but I'm happy with the results. I spent like 3 hours editing these. Hope you like them :)

And the last...my favorite of the set. I messed up at one spot. I was happy with the color and I didn't want to start over so I just kept trying to correct it. Anyone notice the error?

click for full size on all of them.

...hmm maybe I should have trimmed a little bit off the right of that last image...

D'oh! I forgot to lower the car.

Wow, nice fotos you have here, and the last one (of these update) it is my favorite, although there are 2 mistakes. Yes, not one, two.

1st.- What happened to the lower back right part of your car???

2nd.- The blur has just one little mistake…you should have done the blur coming from the end of the road, and not from the building, because if you carefully follow the lines, you will see that.
But in overall, the pictures are very good, just though I would warn you for that detail for your further updates.

Keep it up

DING! you got it. The bumper wasn't the original problem it was the road right next to it. When I tried fixing it I messed up the bumper D'oh! >.<
And the blur I couldn't get that down after trying like 5 times so I just stopped where I was, but I didn't notice it was going to the building...but thanks for telling me I'll look out for that next time.

Hey guys. This is my newest update, the Scion xB. I'm pretty satisfied with the result. I used blur and dodge tools for the first time to bring out reflections. Anyone have suggestions for next update, or ways to improve? Feel free to comment and criticize.

I wasn't sure which looked better so I made to versions of the first image. Is it better with the background blurred or not blurred?

very good job. except for a few minor flaws, but the contrast and the colors look really good. specially on the mustang. now on the first scion pic, the blur in the background looks weird. if you did a little bit of radial blur to the wheels, then it would of suited the background more. but there's a first time for everything. the mustang set is a good batch though. specially the side view shot! suits the car very well. thanks for taking my suggestion 👍 just keep practicing. there's always room for improvement.

hey guys! WOW its been a month since my last update. I hope you guys like this one...I think it's a little too bright, though.

I wasn't sure which one I liked more, so I just posted both.

Holy 🤬! What the 🤬🤬! Thats just amazing! The reflections and color are just mesmerizing. I would love to have that as a wallpaper (but my pc screen is too big :indiff:) but its okay, excellent job on the clean up! 👍

I'm so glad you guys like it and for noticing an improvement in my work.
Thank you! :)

mnm_bmx:I'll try to redo them so you can use them as a wallpaper. What resolution do you want. (OMG I'm so happy someone thinks it could be wallpaper material.) :)

Well the original size would do (1280x960) or if you really can, try to do a 1600x1200px. Doesn't matter really, as long as the photo looks good, thats all i care :) (and that my wallpaper is boring and i cant get the GT5:P image ratio to fit very well )

here is the first one as at 1280x960

I like it more than the first one. Hope you do, too. :)
I'll try to get the other on up on Thursday so I can use the CS2 at school.

You got yourself a nice BMW photo right there. I have some tips for you to make it even better. For one you should definitely clean up the rear window and the lines around it, you can see some jaggies around it. Just use the smudge tool on a low intensity to clean them up. Another thing that will help this photo is to clean up the bad tree textures, the white ones are fine and usually come out fine. However, the pine trees have a hard time rendering nicely. A quick little fix that you can do is to select the whole tree using either the lasso tool or the pen tool. After you have the tree selected you can then apply a slight gaussian blur. Try those little tips, I'm curious to see the outcome. Good luck 👍

wow thanks for the tip:tup:
I'm definitely going to try that next time.
Thanks. :)

Great ideas I can see here. I've took a quick tour inside your gallery and I enjoyied a lot the Scions, Trial SS-II and Evo 7 at the snow. You used nice cameras in this last location, and the low-weight editing you perform is enough to improve the stock images. I was noticed you also modify the color a bit, and it doesn't look bad 👍

Ah, the classic Beetle at NY is a cool one hehe, very exotic for that city.

i like the contrast on the second one the best, but, with those textures and pmc rules you should have zoomed out a bit to try to clean them up somewhat. the entry has way too much contrast imo. were the textures that bad? if so you probably should have used a different car imo.

I wanted to try to go for a dark, stealthy, but calm look. And with that contrast I thought it looks cool where the sun meets and sky, and how you can only see tiny pieces of the car, so thats why I put a lot of contrast. I was going to originally enter the second one, but the textures looked bad. I wanted the car to fill up the whole frame, but I didn't think about zooming out and just cropping it later....next time I get a car with bad paint textures I'll try that.
Thanks :)

They are all cool, but I like the entry the most 👍 mainly because when that happens you see almost everything dark and you can badly see the car, so I say it is quite real (and got my vote) 👍

holy 🤬 i havnt been here for a while but the quality has shot up! the second shot, i think you could compete with all the amazing people (you know who you are)

no wonder i voted for you!
Very well done, plus rep for a great job

PS the mustangs look tip-top! 👍

Wow I'm so flattered that you guys think I can compete with the others. :O
Thanks for voting for me. :)

wash and wax :p
I appreciate the comment.

So, I've seen a lot of Imprezza updates recently, and I thought I'd give it a shot. I did't really get the shot I was looking for...but here they are. The second to last one is my favorite, but I think they are all a bit over-saturated.

a little oversaturated, but nice. they look like they came from the fast and the furious :P
the third shot has to be my favorite though. great work man.

...well at least jgda9rs stilll comes by. thanks for the love man. :)

I had some "downtime" in photo today, so I took the time so edit some old pics.
I messed up pretty bad on the edges of the Integra, but whatever.
I should have burnt the right edge of the S15, also.
