R34 GT-R confirmed:

My reaction to this sumed up in 2 gifs:

Yup, pretty much

Always good to have a new car, but I was actually hoping for a roadmap for the year ahead, or some info about new tracks. Seems I was too hyped for this.

Well, if the FQ400 makes the P1 look slow, there's a simple solution.

EDIT: Tree'd by milliseconds

Still more info to come about the February update.

At the end of the gif there is a dark patch in the distance, something like fog.

Sorry, I think that's just a combination of distant shadow across the hillside and the B/W filter as the rapeseed crops on the valley floor are still bright.

Couple the R34 with the hairpins of Nakasendo in the rain, and I'll shed some video game -induced manly tears for the first time. No seriously, Evo is ruining our standards of after sales developer support, and setting the bar way too high. Now there's going to be rants at other devs saying 'New content only bimonthly? You make me sick, why can't you guys be more like Evolution?'

100% true, EVO are the gold standard of development studios for fixing issues, dlc and community engagement. Another that comes to mind is DICE for fixing BF4 and constantly improving that title as well.
I purchased both approx a year after their release and both games are absolutely mint.

Evolution definently make it into my top tier developer list. Evolution and Nintendo come to mind when I think of guys who have just nailed game updates and DLC.

You better start praying for the NX to be a success, I'll join you.
The NX won't be a 'success' in traditional terms most likely. Cant imagine today's industry allowing Nintendo to be 'relevant' enough, that being said as a fan of a lot of the major franchises I will be pleased with what is offered...hopefully. :scared:

The video game world will always need a healthy Nintendo

DICE is a piece of 🤬 company.

I'm delighted to start seeing teasers for new cars. The Skyline R34 GT-R will be a nice addition to the roster but I'm really holding out for the Lexus LF-A and Maserati MC12. They are 2 of my all-time favourites.

A Bugatti Veyron SuperSport WRE would be most appreciated too.
