Driver view in GT3, farthest outside view in GT2. I just can't deal with the view that has the car taking up half the screen, so I was forced to learn how to drive using that horrible front bumper view :p

Hey, how do you get the front bumper view?

Front Bumper view = "driver" view

To me, the driver view looks like it's a camera mounted on the front bumper. A real driver view would at least have a simple cockpit-type thing, like the nfs series. But still, whatever works.

how is it driver seat view !??! it has to b the most awful view eva and its not on the driver seat !! its like nearly on the floor... i think they need a proper view for gt4...

Yeah, I have to use the internal view. I'm new to GT3 but I've done a lot of flight sims on the computer, and I definitely prefer the "inside" position.

I'm really disappointed that there isn't even a rudimentary cockpit view. The experience is so much more realistic when you're looking through a windshield, not flying free face first...

And whoever commented that the viewpoint was too low - you ever been in a race car, even a production based one? :) That's right where you sit. Feels like your butt is on the paving.

it was wierd, GT1 & GT2 I was using the outside view, ( i think it was because of graphics), but when i got the wheel with GT3! I Ended up using the bumper view, it works better for me?

neon think about what u say b4 u type it.... so the road evo's and suburus and all these road cars that are in the game are not race cars so u wouldnt b on the floor ****head....

I use the outside view, just behind and above the car. I find it the easiest, though sometimes I switch to drivers view, which makes everything seem faster, and I can drive with it just as well.

this is a good question-I sit in the driver's seat during rally because when I'm drifting I see better. But anywhere else I am looking on the helicopter view.

I have to do it from inside... whenever I try to use chase view, I usually end up "over-turning", since it seems like the actions are delayed due to the camera movement. Also, I like to actually see what's in front of me. :D

Bumper / Drivers seat.........my brother drove in that view and I adapted to it in GT1!
Even though I don't mind any view really........oh yeah bumper is easier to see up hills etc in 2 player races!
