I learned the wheel in about three weeks and I still have much to learn. What is making it so hard for you is going back and forth from wheel and controller. The best thing you could do, is to throw your controller far away and forget about it for a while. Just keep a good attitude towards learning and it just starts to come out of no where. I'm surprised at my progress in just three weeks so you never know what the out come might be. Remember that one of the best instructors for learning the wheel is Driftz and you have him as an almost unlimited resource.👍

Yup, While driftz thinks I'm on my 1000th week, I'm really only on my 3rd week if you add up the other failed timed I had when I had this wheel.

Right now I'm at that stage where you know what the car is going to do before you enter the corner. Every day I drift on the wheel I see myself getting more smoother and more consistent.
 
i want my cap card....:( just did like a perfecxt lap around Trial mtn and wanna record it:D its s nice lap like reverse entrys and everything
 
Okay I guess tomorrow when I'm not on bf3 I'll just use wheel will you guys come and like help I no driftzz u did the whole thing teaching but I think you may need to do it again do I can get that idea back in my head then we could go from there and I need to build a rig but I need my dads help wit like getting the would and stuff but we have wood outside but I'm like either upstairs drift with the best drift team on gt5 or fishing now so we have like no time

Man, If you would actually get on gt5 when I'm on or when driftzz is on you would have to problem learning with your wheel.

Here's what you need to do. Get a 180sx/200sx/240sx and go on a easy track like grand valley speedway. Practice that tunnel turn and the one after it. In 2 weeks you would already know how to drift entire corners and maybe even transitions, but if you want to learn you are going to have to ALWAYS use your wheel NO MORE DS3 and NO MORE BF3

Driftzz lecture might help you picture how to drift a corner in your mind, but if you want to learn your going to have to do it by yourself and just practice

I'm going to have to get rid of sony vegas pro 10 :/ Its become to choppy to upload good quality videos so I'm going to have to switch over to sony vegas pro 11.
 
ARGGG, there might not be a video, if there is it will be in some shoddy quality. My stupid computer is toast, it goes to 100% cpu usage when I'm playing back my quality test. It's not just skipping 10 or 20 framerates, its skipping 200 framerates I really need a new computer.
 
I'm really tempted to buy a dazzle because hd is nice but I'm not sure it is necessary.
