According to IGN, the game should be out already, but I haven't heard squat about it.

watched the vid. the tire squeel sounds real. Anyways, havent heard of this game either. hmmm...

the original axel impact for asian market was out in october 2003... 2 years ago :s
maybe the fixed the bad engine and changed name to make it sounds like a new product since the bad reviews of original one
