SRF is designed for people playing with DS3 because they cant control acceleration perfectly without it. GT5 is arcade anyway, why fool yourself telling it's a simulator like rfactor?
Flaming?
srf is cheating in my opinion mate, but thats just my opinion, if your happy using it then keep doing so, I just think its like swiming with arm bands on.
I use a DS3, and just re-assigned the triggers as gas and brake. It takes a minute to get used to, but try it for 2 days. It's still a bit 'on/off', but it has a little more control from what I found (I actually still use the square as my brake, and R2 as the gas).
Like the others here, just enjoy playing the game, who cares about the rest.
I personally like the challenge of keeping the aids off, but it took me a while to get there. I just wanted to win first, improve later. Its worked for me.
