Has anyone found a solution to the issue of losing Force Feedback with the Fanatec GT DD Pro wheelbase in GT7?
Since the Spec III GT7 update I've lost Force Feedback altogether. All other wheel functions are working. Both GT DD Pro wheel and Clubsport Formula 2.5 wheel tested whith the same results.
I've tried the following to troubleshoot:
Just to clarify, it's not weaker force feedback that I'm experiencing, it's a complete lack of force feedback & feeling in the wheel (no track feeling at all, very weak steering).
Randomly Force Feedback has returned in two isolated occasions in the past month, but that happened once when the wheel based was booted before launching the game, and once when it was booted when the game was already open. I haven't been able to replicate this since.
I've seen a few reports of people experiencing the same over the past couple of years. Has anyone found a fix? I'm guessing I could try deleting the game & reinstalling, but I don't really want to ditch my 90m credits & full garage from 550 hours of playing!
Any suggestions from the hive mind welcome.
Many thanks, Chris

I've tried the following to troubleshoot:
- Checked wheel connectors x2 and connectors on wheelbase
- Tried booting up PS5 Pro / Wheel / GT7 game in all possible different orders to see if that makes a difference - it doesn't
- Checked Force Feedback in other games - force feedback working fine in F1 25 and ACC Comp
- Set up a second user account on PS5 and tested GT7 - still no Force Feedback
- Tried different custom settings on wheels (and Auto setting), using my own adapted settings and a few suggested settings from Fanatec forums, but still no Force feedback (I'm convinced it's not an in-game or wheel setting/config problem)
- Tried PS5 compatibility mode
- Tested lots of different classes of cars - no force feedback in any of them
- Updated wheel & base drivers / firmware (via Fanatec app on PC)
- Tested with 5nm and 8nm boost kit
- Rebooted everything, switched off power at the mains & restarted
