actually it can be traded if you want to get technical you can trade for the ''unused PSN code'' you get from the edge after you use there promo code to get the PSN code

The code only works with the North American version of the game.
There's a website that you can go to that generates a code for you to use

In the part where it asks you for an address, just put in random letters, but have the state as CA and zipcode 90210.

I did this the other day and I received a code, the code worked and downloaded the car, but since I had an Australian version of the game, it wasn't in the game
