Hey I had that same problem. In the ps programs I use, theres a setting when you save that you can change the quality of the photos. Mine was always on 70% until I saw it. Try looking around and see if you can find an option to change the quality.
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are the ones I enjoy, 5 especially because it's almost identical to a real-life shot my girlfriend's brother took of his 240.
The more time you spend with PS, the more you'll get used to it, and start to develop you're own way of editing shots. I think the single most-helpful thing to use is Levels, and Colour Balance is helpful when trying to recreate the tints that are washed out from TV to computer screen. Oh, and my only bit of advice I can provide; if you're going to do a backfire shot, play with angles to help it look more realistic. Though, this one looks more realistic in the full-size than the thumb.
Thanks dude, yeah, I got an update for tommorow, you'll have to wait to see it Some might be bad, I know myself they will...My PSP9 was messed up at the time I was doing it...
Hi, I haven't been here for a while, sorry about that. But the second to last is my favourite.
P.S. When you're in the Save as screen there is a button named Options. There is your quality slider. All the way left if I recall right. 👍 Even the maximum quality jpeg pictures are below 1 megabyte for me.
P.P.S. Is it a known fact that I can help in Paint Shop Pro problems?
nice pics matt, you edited pretty good for your first try, great update with that car, hope you keep improving on your editing skills. BTW, greycap is the authority on Paint Shop Pro, just have a look at my siggie.
I'm thinking about taking a little break people, I'll still post my pics and reply to some people's pictures and threads, but not as often, I reckon I'll be a little busy these days And plus, I have like 13 posts per day...So that gives me another reason...
I might have messed up on a couple of pics, I couldn't change it because I haven't saved it in .psp form. So please enjoy, and tell me how bad I am in editing
Thanks guys...Yeah, I messed up on some pictures, I couldn't exactly fix it, well I could've, but it was late, had to go to bed, but I tried my best Thanks again people, I appreciate it.
i really like your editing, very nice pics. I like the big pics, but not the second one, too weird and jagged, and remember, you can fix anything with duct-tape, i mean soft focus, and a little edge smoothing. But very nice pics, that track can look dark and gloomy, but the car made it look nice, very well shot update and edited nicely as well, keep it up! 👍
Thanks man, yeah, I kinda sharpened the pic to get a "rough" edge, but it came out bad, and I didn't know how to go back and change what I did until I actually saved the pic, and if I smoothed the edges out even more, the car would've looked like crap.
