Hi, since i went premium i havent been able to receive email alerts for subscribed threads.
Can any one please advise me.

Have you tried you spam folder Mark? Perhaps mistakenly misdirected?

I know it seems like an obvious thing to say but it could be a possibility.

Yes I have dozens of subscriptions.

Just checked and no, Funny really as before i went premium i got email alerts even on my blackberry mobile but dont get them now. I even looked in setting to see if ive switched it off by chance but cant find anthing there either.

Just checked gmail and they have put all in the trashcan. Now looking how to remove them.

No i use gmail, but its diverted straight to my pc when online and to my mobile, As above ive just been on the gmail account and they are all being placed in the trashcan but ive no idea how to solve this, still looking.

Since you're using Gmail, set up a filter so anything from gtplanet.net gets put into its own folder. This setup has been working great for me. 👍

Thanks TB, ive now sorted it, strange though how before going premium it was fine then changed straight after, something in the gmail setup not liking us eh.

You can also set a filter in Gmail to make sure that anything from gtplanet.net is "never sent to spam".

Sorry for the trouble. Email deliverability has become a major problem for the site this year, and consumes most of my time working on the site.
