Email Spam in Gmail

I love Gmail because I've never gotten spam using it but I'm thinking that changed when I went to one of the video sites like thatvideosite.com Is there anyway to block the spam I get? Thanks

Yeah I do but I still keep getting it. Short of clicking it to say remove me and catch something I'd rather not recieve it at all.
