Hi guyz! Are we running dry / wet / changeable tomorrow?
 
we always race with variable weather if available. Tomorrow's race will start with very low clouds; meteo says there's a 50% chance of light rain along the day.

i'll run test later on today. We'll start with weather at 20% or 30%

At all drivers PRACTICE PIT ENTRY!
And do not enter it too closely packed or it might glitch!
ALSO PIT OUT IS DANGEROUS! Tha AI auto drives you in the middle of track, so all be aware of it if while you're getting to eau rouge a car is about to come out of box stay wide from it!

Im looking fwd to a 32 lap draft battle with gp

Rx7 quicker here due to the straights and lexus having a really long 6th gear

Might have to use some strategy for this one

I am Big but not Caterina lol. Yeah atleast I will have someone to race with. Winning is never my race objective (great when it happens and I want to win), but, enjoying the journey and learning from the faster drivers is what I am after.

SkengD - After testing and running yesterday, strategy will be paramount for the IS drivers. Thanks Karsten for helping me out yesterday, it really helped.

Lol we have here a legendary "mucca carolina" (ask gprili about it lol) so i mismatched them :D

I'm sure you'll get gradyually faster with training :)

And concerning help its ok i love to train along with other drivers in the serie :)

Make sure youi check oil and chassys before race! And buy all tires

Definitely not liking my pace here, had a good race with ekke here but I can't find that pace :(

Got go to my parents now so gonna get back in about an hour.

youl be fine Priesty, your a slow burner dont forget, always there at the end

If your starting dead on 7 I won't make it, I'll prob be 5mins late :(
 
Nice race, great final battle with priesty, but I could and should have come a position higher if it wasn't for filo and logic constantly bumping into me in laps 15 - 17 (maybe 16-17) and logic smashing me off the track in laps 17, 24 and 25.

Hi Jorn, if you feel hard done by then i am sorry , but i do feel that you gave no room when i was alongside overtaking, you held your racing line and would have run me off the track had i not backed off on several occasions, wheras when ypu were alongside you would not give the line, so in effect there was almost no way past you .
I had battles every lap of the race with Filo - True blue - and flank , overtaking each other lap after lap after lap, a bit of bumping and scraping but always we gave room to each other , but when alongside you you dont give room, and thats not right , i followed you for quite a few laps then was alongside and you just took the lone at the really fast bends leaving me no room so i backed off , i am afraid the only way i got past was to get just ahead of you and hold my line , which i did so you then either back of or crash, and you crashed , i dont know but it seemed you had an issue with me , as i say i was in a constant battle the whole race with the others but we always gave room, but you didnt Jorn. But all that said, i am sorry you feel that way .
When Karsten looks at the replays i dont think he should look at just the laps you feel you were pushed , he shopuld look at the laps before where you just would not give room to other cars alongside , and then realise that the only way to get past was to drive on the line when you were alongside .

I'm sorry Logic, but you were talking about leaving room...

EDIT: Looking at laps before is a good idea I also suggested in room's chat, 'cause in these laps you and filo were constantly crashing into me from behind.

And I also had other battles with other drivers, but no-one crashed. Except for when I saw you in my rvm. Then I knew a crash was imminent.
 
Another race, another poor showing.

Didn't get to do a quali lap so started last due to black screen, was on a fast lap but ran out of time in the chicain, needed 10s and I would have qualified top 6 I reckon.

Messy start as always, people moving all over the place, cleared a few so was closing on the midfield but lost it on the fast left hander (lap 2) lost 10-12s, caught back up to flanked and had a good little battle for 3 laps then caught the midfield for a second time, was on the back straight on lap 5 trying to over take some slower cars but clipped the grass/curb so span again, lost a further 15+'s .

Was on my own for ages then caught blue and cpt passed them so was on my own again.

No one to get draft from so just ran a boring race after that, oh just to get the hat trick of spins I span again at the hairpin on lap 24 where I lost another 10s.

Lost 40s on spins, no draft but still managed 5th fastest lap (could have went faster too with draft from someone)

Close to rage quitting at the start but it's 'just a game' lol

Does annoy me tho as I certainly don't feel my position represents my ability within this series :(

jorn, yes on that particular occasion it was i agree my mistake, and i do believe we had a simlar incident later in the race hats was also my mistake, although they were not intentional, i also did bump you a few times in the braking areas, and i did also to flank and Filo, but you did the same to me earlier in the race.

Just a note , i just had so much problem passing jorn, i think if you watch us throughout lap 8 lap 9 and lap 10 , at the fast turn 8 particularly i felt jorn ran me out of the road , its very fast there and not great to overtake unless the person gives room, i felt jorn ran me off the track . but i was the one overtaking but alongside, i just know when pwople have passed me there i always give them room, but anyway in the end i just had to get past jorn and there was a corner he was slower than be at , so i tried there and yes i did not mean to but i did force jorn off the road, and i am sorry for that , i think most people know that i would not do it intentionally but i just had to get past in the end .

On another note , Karsten , wow what a fantastic race , you are getting close to them each race , im well impressed , i thought i had you in my sights at spa, but i was just battling the whole race , i think the last 5 laps were the only ones i was on my own. definately reminds me why i dont go on short fast stints , as getting stuck in traffic ruins it , i was just not quick enough to get ahead without being drafted back all the time , it was great but a nightmare at the same time .

Anyway , i dont want to fall out with jorn, we do training together a lot and have a good time togeher , so i am happy to go along with whatever the stewards decide of course ,
