I was just kind of hoping that on the longer tracks, the fact that six cars would rarely be on the screen at once, might make for a few extra.

Never mind.

I'm personally chuffed by these long enduros - Jeez even running each one once is gonna soak up a hell of a lot of "life time"...lol

If you have to complete 24 hour races to gain 100% that's gonna peev some people...lol
 
one important question is if u save could u exit and another race and then go back and countinue ? or is same as saving in tournment in GT3 if u save u'll get back in if you restart the game ? u now what i mean?

It may be nice to indulge in a few shorter races rather than spending 3 or 4 days completing the 24 hour race with no other variety:)

I like the idea of a 24 ring race, shame about the day light not changeing, and only havuing 6 cars on track. one thing tho how about a 24hr ring race with the Prius now that would be cool.
 
just out of curiosity, i didn't mosey through the entire thread, but in 24hrs of nurburgring, doesn't each driver only do 4 or 6 hrs each? (4 drivers-6hrs each, or 6 drivers-4hrs each)?

maybe that's how PD did the 24hrs of nurburgring?....mix and match of A-Spec and B-Spec...where you drive for like 4 hrs, and do B-Spec for the remaining "20" ?

How the hell "Le Mans 24" looked great on Dreamcast with lightning changing during 24h race? 24h Le Mans is all about realistic atmosphere! If in GT4 time is not changing then it really SUCKS! It has no atmosphere, nothing like 24hours race... and moreso with only 6 cars on track. PD really messed up with this one and it makes me very, Very sad! Why play 24 Hours if you can play 5 or 7 max and have enough of it!? :yuck:

and if this could happen saving then going to another race could u use the car ur racing in the 24 H ?
 
This may have already been mentioned on this thread, but I heard that in B-Spec mode there was time compression of times 4 or times 6. This would make the 24hr races only 4 or 6 hours. can anyone confirm or deny this?
 
24 hours, about 8 minutes a lap, comes close to 180 laps of nurburgring!

3500 km of intense driving, i really hope its in a roadgoing car, that would just be awesome!

I still find it hard to believe that there is a 24hr race and no daylight transition.
And Where do you save the rave progression? In the pits I assume?

The 24hr race has been confirmed in the thread about prizes and Hyde has just opened a new thead about it. From what is said in the new thread it looks to be an easy victory.

Yes you can speed up time in B-Spec and reduce a 24hr race to 6hrs.
