I haven’t seen any confirmation on Ultimate coming to consoles. The best I’ve seen is “if it goes well on pc we’ll consider it.” Have you seen something else?
Actually the same that you. Months ago, in their web page, they were stating that consoles versions were going to be released. At last we have this game (endurance racing) confirmed!

this will be interesting, LMU is failing, then there is rFactor 2 and GT7 along with Forza, but everyone forgets the Automobilista 2 Endurance 1 DLC which brought alot of stuff to the game.
And now has the official IMSA partnership.

I see they’re getting tracks and cars as part of the partnership. Gt7 added Watkins glen and road atlanta after announcing their partnership with imsa, would’ve been nice to have got a couple gtp cars too

Looks really interesting, the engineer mode sounds like quite a cool idea to give some weight to the endurance aspect, looks decent so far.

This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

How “Endurance Motorsport Series” is Not Your Typical Racing Game

When we first heard about Endurance Motorsport Series back in February 2024, the trailer and initial information left quite a few questions. We’ve now learned more, courtesy of a hands-on experience with the title and an interview with Alain Jarniou, creative director at developer KT Racing, during Big Ben Week in Paris...

Funnily I mentioned B-Spec to Alain Jarniou, and the fact you could swap for AI drivers in GT5 rather than just driving more (which is how most game endurance driving works: you drive more) and he did say it was the closest to proper endurance racing - from the driving side - in gaming before now.

I did have a bit of a time getting used to the Lamborghini SC63, but got it pointing mostly the right way. Pre-alpha physics, so not a lot to glean at this stage.

And before I forget, VR likely not at launch but on the list of goals.

This game seems very interesting! I don't play a lot of other games just because of lack of time, but if there is mid-game saving so I can come back and continue then I am likely sold on it.

And being on PS5, when/if they implement PSVR2, it would become a must buy for me. PSVR2 is already the reason I play GT7 99% of the time.

Mid game saves would be class. What game had that on ps2 (ps3?) le mans 24 hours I think had it, not sure exactly what the title was. That was great!

Le Mans 24 on PS1 had it as well if my mind serves me right.

For me they used to be, but that label has long since passed (Cape Ring was the start of the rot).
Yeah that track wasn't the best, I am also not a fan of Sardegna, but Dragon Trail or Lago Maggiore which were introduced in Sport are some of my all time favourites.

I totally ignore the dirt and snow tracks in GT games to be honest so dont even count those.

Dragon Trail is OK, but Lago's a bit of a mess for me.

That's just cheating :D
