The Super speedway takes about an hour, I know you can win an F1 car, Tickford and a C5R. but I aint sure what else.

Here is the list for super speedway.
Chevrolet Corvette C5R

Tickford Falcon XR8 Race Car
Clio Sports Race Car

I, luckily got a F090 on my first try and a C5R on my second. The super speedway is 100 laps and long as hell.

Effortless endurace racing? Summoner told me this one, I tried it, it works! Get Escudo (don't buy - win!) with full turbo upgrade, change gas to R2 button, turn off vibration, turn up ASM and TCS, widen gears, go into SuperSpeedway, tape down R2 button, elastic band analog sticks together and set steering a bit to the right, you'll ride the wall to a 43 minute win several laps ahead of the competition. Yes, this is CHEATING and yes, I won this race honestly 3 times before I tried this (kept getting that damn Clio!). I set it to go before work, came home at lunch to find a shiny F1 car in my garage.

I used toothpicks to hold down the buttons and the joystick. They work great no tape needed.  Be careful not to break off the toothpick.

I finally got the f car today after 3 days of trying.

how far over should the analog stick be to win

When your going down the strightaway the car should turn to the right a little so it doesn't go into the pits.  Thats all to it but keep an eye on it thou as it migth not work that way all the time.

I used 1 rubber band and put it around both analog sticks.  the right (accelerator) should be all the way to the left and the left(steering) should be about half way to the right.  The car should just veer off the wall on the straights and then come back.  I made sure it did not get near the pits.

100 laps without pitting seems kind of impossible no?

Nah, I raced the Super Speedway Endurance Race a few times, and I didn't pit at all. I still won by around 32 laps on the 2nd place car. Pitting isn't really a big deal on the Super Speedway, but on a track with a lot of sharp turns, it's a must.
