9.013 is fine honestly on indy you cant notice the .020 difference as long as you lay down a tree you will win. And whats your topspeed because i can help.

Its like 180

Try a 178 top speed. You'll be able to get to 9.002 with a 2-3qs, anything faster will require a 1-2-3qs.

And if you think your 3rd gear is far enough left, it probably isn't.

When you do 2-3 qs you should have to shift as quick as you would the lambo SV
