Escalating ongoing issues with PD

Anyone know how you would go about escalating an ongoing issues introduced by Patch 1.10 please with PD?

Since 1.10 my Thrustmaster 430 ceased to work. With every patch I kept praying it would be fixed and with the latest V2.0 patch I remained hopeful.

So I patched the game, plugged in the steering wheel and everything looked good! I was pleased.... until I tried to start racing.

I can only describe the experience as crazy. The wheel thrashed around from left to right and I was unable to drive in a straight line whilst the 430 was plugged. The throttle was erratic and the car (any car) was undriveable.

So the problem is part fixed but I still have a serious issue! I have tried PS3 Official forums but to be honest, it's like pulling teeth.

Can anyone help?

i have a g27 and dfgt with both wheels i have no problems driving except the x2010 with the g27 havent tried it with the dfgt as it sits in the wardrobe now but pd still need to sort out the g27 buttons as i believe they are playing up havent had time to try spec 2.0 yet but have been reading the threads on this forum maybe get a different wheel or borrow a friends but i dont think people have many problems with the dfgt or you can go all out and get a g27 one day pd will sort it out next update hopefully
 
Is the 430 officially supported by the game?

Either way, speak to Sony, not PD. They're the publisher, they're the ones who are responsible for any problems you have.
