My NBC channel KSDK 5, chooses to show Jerry Springer after Leno(I watch Leno all the time)and delay Conan till 12:45 or so...

The thing I like on Conan the most is Driving the Desk. That is the funniest thing ever. Going down stairs, hitting people, getting pulled over, it's just awsome.
