Everytime you do the speed test, it updates the used cars list.

Well, for clarification:
Every time you LOAD the speed test, it cycles the UCD once. Completing the acceleration or speed tests do not cycle the UCD. ;)

Not only in Test Mode. If you enter an A-Spec race, the ucd will update 6 or 8 cars everytime, and you don't even need to finish a lap within...

I know, just pointing out that it's fast, especially right now since probably many people are running the tests with every single cars, when you get out to select another one (car), just go to the UCD. And I knew that it would load 6 new cars just by starting a race. I use to do a license (short one) and go back to the used cars, but now, since I'm testing all fast cars once in each test, it's perfect for me.

Uh OH!

I didn't check my USD after each run. Now I may have cycled past some cars I'm still looking for!

lol!!! Ouch!

This is old news. It's what people refer to when they say 'grinding the UCD'
Every day passed (race started) brings up 6 new cars. Start and exit a race 5 times, and you'll have a UCD with 30 new (used) cars.
